Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Asked for fries but not getting it even though the guy confirmed a second time. I still don’t know how to ask for a refund. Food was cold, must be from the morning.
Speak slowly. Check your receipt. They don't speak English well and frabkly the service qould be bad even if they did.

Service here is nonexistent, I am not kidding . If you come in you will be lucky to find an employee, they are all in the back talking...I walked out and never will come to this kfc ever again... whoever the manager is for this region better do a better job hiring staff or close down
This is probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Today I went there to get some lunch/dinner and while I was there, only 2 people was working while there was like five people in a circle talking about who knows what instead of doing their damn job. The poor guy at the register had to stop multiple times to make peoples food when his coworkers could have easily stopped their conversation to help him. Not only that I don’t think the guy working the register understood any English Because when I told him to ask his coworkers to stop their conversation and help him He looked at me like if I was crazy. It really bothers me that some people think they could just have one person do everything Especially when it’s busy and there is like 5 people chillin in the back. And if it was a meeting take it where not every customers can hear you. I believe in team work makes the best service.
