Order marked ‘ready,’ waited 30 more minutes. Staff ignored me every time and said “You have to be patient”which happened 20 minutes after I told him I am here. Easily the worst-run KFC I’ve ever seen. Avoid.
(And not to mention the hygiene issues: some employees don’t wear gloves, wrong items get dumped back into the food bins, and staff handle their phones outside then return to make food without washing their hands.)

Waltham's KFC is terrible. I bought a box and it came without the sauce and the chicken came withered, it looks like the chicken was fried the day before!!!

The food was great, but the place was a mess garbage all over the floor the bathrooms looked like they haven't even been cleaned at all that day.The man behind the counter was twice as slow slower than cecil the turtle.

Fried chicken was deep fried which is a positive, however taste was average. They need some more salt, pepper etc on it. Nuggets were undercooked, not recommended. Buns was tasty. Always had a question that if US KFCs are as good as Indian one but unfortunately not !!
