I agree with other reviews that this place does not have good customer service; they're very flat affect and not welcoming. I appreciate the quickness of staff and the large menu, that being said, the boba quality is good every time as I've never had an issue with my order being inaccurate.

Why one person is working at 3 pm on a Friday is a mystery to me. Poor guy is balancing making the drinks, cleaning, and taking orders all alone. Waiting 25-30 min for a drink is WILD.

Kung fu tea in Waltham is not good anymore; drinks have no flavor, they tastes like water, chunks of ice instead of slosh, horrible customer service by a girl at the register, horrible music, terrible experience the last 3 times I went. Go to Yumcha in Waltham instead
