I agree with other reviews that this place does not have good customer service; they're very flat affect and not welcoming. I appreciate the quickness of staff and the large menu, that being said, the boba quality is good every time as I've never had an issue with my order being inaccurate.
The boba drinks are nice but the customer service isn’t so good. They work like they don’t care. I greeted one of the them and he didn’t reply. When I entered, he was at the register doing nothing but when I started to speak, he shut me down and went somewhere else. A lady had to work one me
As a Waltham local, this is my favorite bubble tea shop in town. My go-to drinks are the Wintermelon Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly and the Coco Cream WOW Milk Cap. I tried their Almond and Taro Milk Teas, but they tasted too powdery for my liking. They have a BOGO deal on Wednesdays which makes coming here even sweeter!
