Edible in a pinch, but pretty terrible overall. Dry, flavorless ingredients. Undercooked beans. Weird chips that are kinda starchy. Salsa that tastes old. The tortillas are too small for a burrito and they’re the crappy ones you buy in a bag at the Hannaford.

I went to this location today around 3 PM and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and completely careless. Customers should not have to deal with such negative attitudes when they come to eat. If you don’t want to work here, then leave, because no one is obligated to tolerate this kind of behavior. This place is an absolute disgrace. I will never come back again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.”

I got moes every week about 2-3 times. This was by far the worst moes I've had and all 6 people with me agreed. The effort of the workers were sub par, with no care of specifics as in asking for a half scoop or light/little amount. Absolutely clobbered every order together. With poor maintenance of cleanliness and stock of store items like napkins and soda. Will never go to the moes again.

Would go to Moe’s over Chipotle any day. Chipotle is so overrated that you almost don’t think of other options. Got the veggie burrito and bowl. They were both excellent! Love that I could add olives and pickled jalapeños to my food. Highly recommend!

Usually satisfied with my order here, but tonight instead of putting pico and sour cream on the side as ordered (I even double checked) it was put inside of the quesadilla. The quesadilla was soggy and absolutely disgusting. Very disappointed ☹️

It's tiring seeing the burrito places all start charging $12 for burritos, which by nature usually consist of the cheapest ingredients on the planet with the longest shelf life. A tortilla, rice, beans.. that's really it minus a scoop of protein. Went here hoping to have a nearby burrito place only to walk out with a burrito at almost $13. Won't be back, get it under $10 and you will double your sales easily. It was tasty though, just overpriced

The tables and stuff are never really clean. The floors are kind of grimy. And even when you get your food it's clean I guess but you can tell that they left it on the warmers for too long. And didn't refresh it with new stuff
