Put warm drink in cold drink cup then tell me that's hot drink, either you guys didn't know any thing about food safety in putting hot drink in one time use plastic or you didn't give me a hot drink, refuse to provide refund for the 50 cent I paid for the hot drink, it's really dumb amount of money but I feel that if you can charge 50 cent for hot drink why can't I demand the refund for 50 cent if my drink isn't hot? I did use app to order it and the platform ask me to go argue with the store because the store is sure the properly prepared it right, so here I post a hot drink cup and the drink we got. I think it's obvious which one should be hot drink. The store has the rights to be wrong, but don't mean I have to pay the IQ tax on it.

The boba itself is really good — when they actually have it in stock. Ok ok given I usually come here later…but still! The passion fruit slush I just don’t vibe with—used to be good but they put something else in it that just tastes plane weird.

Personally the best boba I have tasted. My Taiwanese friend took me here one day and said that it's the best boba in Waltham and I have to say I agree!

Friendly staff, delicious boba. You can see they make it in house, super fresh. The owner was nice enough to give me a free taste of their new custard pastry, so good. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Alot of things usually aren't in stock, and wait time is quite long.
Very poor service attitude The bottle of milk tea that was delivered to me cracked and spilled all over the floor. I called to ask what to do. The waiter had a very aggressive attitude and couldn't even speak properly. Obviously I promised a full refund on the phone, but when I contacted the customer service of the food delivery software later, they refused to refund the full amount. Although I got a refund in the end, we wasted dozens of minutes on this, and some people thought I paid for someone to scold me??

I was at the store earlier today and a lovely woman helped me with my order. She had a very cool hair cut, she was the one with pink highlights. I got my usual and it tasted better than it ever has! Excellent customer service and the store had an incredible vibe. The server today and elicha are great boba baristas. Will be returning soon :)

Finally I checked out One Zo on a cold March day. I ordered taro green tea with taro purple bubbles without sugar or ice. Overall it is great.Pro: this is the best taro drink I got from a bubble tea place. Loaded with taro flavor. Taro bubbles are fresh, chewy and also tender. It is so tasty, so I did not take a photo until I almost finished it :-)Cons: without ice, it is still a cold drink. I need to figure out how to order warm bubble tea from this place. They only got 3 options of bubbles for the day. The upside is that all of them were freshly made today while the downside is that I really wanted to try sesame bubbles, which was not an option today :-( it is different from what other customers said that they are not using lactose-free milk in latte drink.

This shop is the best and cutest I've seen. You can customize your drink in various ways and the food is always so pleasing and tasty. My drink was amazing, the tea itself was the sweetest and the bubbles were big and soft, which is the ideal for sweeter drinks, such as the Brown Sugar drink I got. The seating here is so stylish, with two seafoam green sofas and a sleek wooden coffee table. This shop is much better than other bubble tea shops in this area. I really reccomend trying one of their drinks, I'm sure you won't be dissapointed.
