Put warm drink in cold drink cup then tell me that's hot drink, either you guys didn't know any thing about food safety in putting hot drink in one time use plastic or you didn't give me a hot drink, refuse to provide refund for the 50 cent I paid for the hot drink, it's really dumb amount of money but I feel that if you can charge 50 cent for hot drink why can't I demand the refund for 50 cent if my drink isn't hot? I did use app to order it and the platform ask me to go argue with the store because the store is sure the properly prepared it right, so here I post a hot drink cup and the drink we got. I think it's obvious which one should be hot drink. The store has the rights to be wrong, but don't mean I have to pay the IQ tax on it.

The classic Hong Kong milk tea with boba is really good

Came in for a refreshing drink. Got the real fresh fruit tea. It is a very sweet drink even at quarter sugar. This was not a well-thought-out drink. There is a couple blueberries in the drink and it got stuck in the straw and ended up causing a mess. Thats what I get for trying something outside of my comfort zone. Stick with the squishy boba next time. Quiet inside on a hot summer Saturday afternoon. Staff was good and quick.

The boba itself is really good — when they actually have it in stock. Ok ok given I usually come here later…but still! The passion fruit slush I just don’t vibe with—used to be good but they put something else in it that just tastes plane weird.

Personally the best boba I have tasted. My Taiwanese friend took me here one day and said that it's the best boba in Waltham and I have to say I agree!

Good food and great service, from friendly people; in a comfortable modern space......

Visiting Boston from out of town. We came about 10-15 mins before closing and they were out of the brown sugar boba. Seems like they were short-staffed. I forgot which drink I ordered, I asked for no ice and was charged $1 extra. That's a first. Maybe that's how it is in Boston but wasn't posted on their menu. I may be wrong.

We ordered a grapefruit slushie and a brown sugar boba milk tea. Both were great. Only thing was the guy who delivered it didn't knock on our door to let us know it was here and the slushie was essentially liquid by the time we got it.

My coworker highly recommended this place to me. If you go, I recommend the HK Milk tea. It is perfectly balanced with more tea than your typical milk boba teas. The boba are perfectly chewy as well. You can order at the register or do a contactless order with a touch screen available at the front. Stick to the drinks here though. The egg tart and crepes aren't as good.

Friendly staff, delicious boba. You can see they make it in house, super fresh. The owner was nice enough to give me a free taste of their new custard pastry, so good. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Nice little boba shop in Waltham with a creative menu. Helpful service to explain what some the drinks were. I had their specialty and enjoyed it. Boba was fresh as well. Get your boba fix here if you're in the area.

It's been many years since I've been to a OneZo cafe, but since I was pretty close to the Waltham location, I decided to give it a try. This visit was a mixed bag. Pluses for how fast my order was ready and the green tea flavor. Bigger minuses for the boba itself and initial wait time to order. 2.5 stars rounded up to 3. I got a medium iced jasmine green tea with brown sugar bubbles, less ice and half sugar. The tea itself had a good flavor and the sugar level seemed right for it. The boba texture was decently chewy, but I wasn't a fan of the flavor at all. It was the sweetest I've ever had, very syrupy with a cloying aftertaste that stood out from the other brown sugar boba I've had. I didn't even want to finish the boba, even though it's typically my favorite part. I would advise getting 25% sugar and mixing well, or trying a different flavor (maybe black sesame?). Also, even though I ordered less ice, much of the cup was filled with ice with much less room for the tea. Service was initially slow, despite there being only one other customer in the shop. I waited a number of minutes while three people chatted and made the drink of the person before me. I was about to ask what was going on when one of them finally asked if I had ordered yet. After that, my drink was thankfully made pretty quickly. The space is long and narrow, with several tables and some couches. It was an ok place to sit before heading home, although it felt a bit sterile despite the colorful interior. I wouldn't have noticed this at all if the drink and service were better. There are so many boba shops in the city these days (and even in other parts of Waltham) that are really elevating their game that this OneZo unfortunately doesn't compare.
