Please don’t cheap out on the noodle portion on the pho. Noodle itself is cheap and don’t lose a customer because of it. Increase the portion size

Food tastes great
nice balance between the spices and sauce used
Recommend the buldok chicken lunchbox

Quantity of chicken is ample and filling, has room for improvement with the quantity of rice offered as opposed to the price of the dish.

Food was good. Bad experience, terrible, after years of coming here. Large party. 3 people got the food right away. The rest of the party had to wait between 45 minutes to an hour and 10 minutes AFTER THESE HAD FINISHED! to get their order! The children’s food didn’t come out until everyone else had finished and was ready to go! No explanations, no discount in the bill. It was bad. If there had been any acknowledgment or even a kind word maybe it would have made a difference. But a dinner out so we all could have a break turned into a really stress filled event.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area! Try the sour soup, pho, rice paper works. All of these are amazing. I go here every time I’m in Waltham. The decor is dated, but the food and service are fantastic.

The fried egg rolls were bad. The filling tasted sour, like it was “turning” bad but the fried shell was crunchy and ok not to much filling so it offset bad taste a bit

The fried chicken with garlic sauce was 4 stars with not enough sauce. Sauce was ok when it’s lightly applied but not very good if more. Usually I like it when the sauce is so good you want to drown it. Not in this case it was ok

FF was excellent coated with flour extra crispy 4.5 stars

Pho dac biet was 3.5-4 stars

Not fancy. Just very good food and service in a vibrant neighborhood. There is a good ice cream store across the street.

Their lime and cilantro chili rice noodle salad with ground pork is fabulous, & the service is polite & attentive. A huge variety of Vietnamese dishes to choose from - from 11:00 a.m until closing. Canh Chua hot & sour soup is also excellent.
