I have my very first visit and it was simple Amazing. The deli person was friendly and fast the cashier was so helpful and friendly. The Sandwiches I got was the best deli I had since I was home in Ga. The Salted Caramel cupcake was delicious. 😋😋 The ginger iceam sandwich was so delicious and beautiful over all 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟 I will be back.

Worse experience ever! Staff not friendly doesn’t listen. Actually does things that could cause someone with severe allergies or health issues to get sick with cross contamination. I was actually spoken to rudely after I was told I didn’t order properly but she was confused with my son’s order as well. It seemed like she just didn’t want to be working today or care about any customer service she shouldn’t be there. With my cone and the wrong order instead of getting a new cone she just scooped out wrong ice cream and then was going to rinse the cone with water. Just so gross! Instead of just grabbing a new cone. No gloves either. That means the cone paper would have been wet, sticky and wrong ice cream still would be in it. So gross

Everything is expensive except for the coffee which went up in price today. The coffee is from a machine which is broken about half the time.Deli sandwiches aren't good and never accurately made. They seem to take forever to make as I waited over 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich this morning.

Went in for a sandwich and to look around. The sandwich was very freshly made. The bread was delicious and fresh. There were many people in the shop, got a bit busy and crowded, no place to stand. Good variety of products. Would definitely go back again and try a different sandwich. All of them looked delicious.

They're selling extremely overpriced ice cream (pretending to be a "farm made" but it's definitely NOT!), all other stuff there are selling is overpriced too. On Xmas they are usually selling Xmas trees on double price of Home Depot ? Last Xmas they sold only 1/4 or less from their stock ?

What a nothing place, cheap baked goods (but not in price), don't make their own ice cream or any dairy...yuck.
Service is not very friendly. About 75% of the time when I ask for frozen yogurt, they just give me regular ice cream

When we are in office, my group here in Waltham get takeout from Pizzi's every week. Absolutely one of the best places to get sandwiches and salads. They are phenomenal and have so many choices. The team's favorite is the meatball sub or the Venetian panini. But really nothing is bad on the menu. Great place!

My boyfriend am I got ice cream melted when the servers gave it to us and their freezers for ice cream and not Evan cold enough I am a very unsatisfied customer and my ice cream was so soft the server didn’t want to give me a large and my boyfriends ice cream was so melted and dripping everywhere IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
