I went into this establishment to pick up an order, and what should have been a simple pickup turned into an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. When I arrived, I clearly confirmed the customer’s name with the woman working at the counter. She acknowledged it, so I stood there waiting patiently for about five to ten minutes while the order was being prepared.
When she returned, she decided to question the order again as if I had not already confirmed it. I repeated the name politely, took the order that had been set aside, and began to walk out. At that moment, the employee suddenly grabbed me and physically tried to stop me from leaving. There is no excuse for that kind of behavior.
No employee has the right to put their hands on a customer under any circumstance. I had verified the name, followed the process, and was in no way aggressive or confrontational. The employee’s actions were completely out of line, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. This type of conduct raises serious concerns about training, management oversight, and basic customer safety.
Being physically restrained or grabbed inside a business for simply picking up an order is outrageous and could easily be considered assault. If this is how they treat customers, it speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and respect at this location.
I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment until management takes accountability and properly trains their staff on how to handle customer interactions. No one should ever have to experience being physically grabbed or stopped while simply trying to pick up an order they have already confirmed.

My friends and I love the food. The sushi is always fresh! Staff is very friendly. All the rolls are fantastic, favorites include the Richard's Special, Kiss of Fire, and any spicy roll. Miso soup is also rish in flavor.

Salmon set for lunch is my go to. Salmon sushi and rolls perfectly prepared every time. Salmon is super fresh and tasty. Had the toro special a few times and wow, the marbling of the pieces….melt in your mouth. The little things like the ginger, wasabi, lemon, miso soup, even the fine dinnerware also always spot on. Super clean restaurant. Food presentation, service and ambiance top notch.

I would give this place a negative rating if I could. Ate one of their hand rolls and 30 minutes later had food poisoning and had to go to the hospital. The worst food poisoning imaginable. The other person I went with also had a mild case the next morning. Never go here.

Came here with my best friend and really enjoyed myself on a Friday night. Place serves very yummy and fresh sushi and some very yummy Korean dishes. Generous servings as well . I was very impressed with their scallion pancake yummy and savory and the size a lil larger than a small pizza plenty to share smoking 2 hungry people or 3-4 for light hot appetizer. Sushi was great as well. Love how they have a full liquor license too. Will definitely back and highly recommend!

I come here whenever I'm in Waltham because their Gold finger is no exaggeration the best sushi I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and their food is always incredible. Get sushi and enjoy your dinner.

The server was very polite, she was the only one serving, seating, bussing, and cashing out customers. The restaurant was pretty full, and the food was great. Our food came out promptly, with zero issues or complaints. I never leave reviews, but as a server i wanted to give praise to the woman working here this Sunday night on a long, holiday weekend.

First time tonight - we got takeout and were incredibly impressed by the quality of the fish. We got mainly sashimi - among the freshest and highest quality we have had in the Boston area. We are picky about freshness so typically only trying the places with high ratings, so this is high praise. Delighted to have found this local treasure!!!!

Visited here with family (who love this place!) and I’m glad they showed my partner and I a wonderful local place! I ordered the chicken udon and it was very tasty! Loved the atmosphere and the service was very quick and the staff was super friendly!

We stopped by Ponzu early in the evening and were the only ones there at the time, but don’t let that fool you—the food was great! The calamari and tempura vegetables were both crispy and flavorful, and the sushi was fresh and well-prepared. Service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for quality sushi and a relaxed atmosphere.
