The kitchen was very slow. The wrong meal was delivered. When the brought the correct salad it was less than impressive.

Atmosphere and setting were very nice and classy. Food was disgusting and barely edible, had to wait till the end of my meal to get my coffee after being ignored several times. Waitresses were very quiet and didn't seem to care.

We decided to try breakfast, the menu items looked good when we looked it up online. We waited in line, they sat us at a table and pointed to the corner and said breakfast is over there, if you want a drink ask someone…We waited for 10 minutes, never offered a menu, and when we asked for one they said they weren’t using them that day, even though the group of people that were sat after us were given menus. The food was gross, those fake scrambled eggs and “sausage links” they were out of everything, no potatoes, no French toast, no kid cereals, no fruit (except the picked over rotten pieces), I was never given creamer for my coffee until I was asked if I wanted a refill on my coffee and I pointed it out. The coffee was bitter and my cup was full of grounds. My son was given half a glass of juice and then told they were out of juice… but no one brought us waters. 27$ per person for that!

Service was very good but we had the breakfast buffet for two days and it was cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes. No items were different from day to day. If it's included with room, it is definitely worth it but other than that, I would skip.

The food was served quickly and nice selection for breakfast and dinner. Food lacked flavor--literally no salt or pepper even. The Caesar salad was delicious. The staff was the absolute best!

Stayed at hotel, and just needed a quick dinner. First off the place was clean and looked okay. Second, extremely short staffed. I had to seek out our waitress whenever our table needed anything. All 3 of our orders were less than par. Small mistakes add up, all 3 of our meals had something wrong with it but we were not about to wait another 45 minutes for replacement meals. 2 Ordered dessert and both were not what they ordered. One not the way he asked for it, the other was completely a different dessert. Again, they were not waiting for replacements. Could have potential if they got proper employment and kitchen crew that payed closer attention to the details of cooking.

The chicken sandwich was pretty good. A nice view of I-95 from the windows. If you're staying at the Westin, it's a good option.

Absolutely delicious! My husband had the Relish Burger and I had the Farm Fresh Salad. The presentation was lovely and the atmosphere cozy. Service was great and our waiter was a delight.

Super nice bartender. Food is really over priced for what it is, I'd say average. Very chic atmosphere with a bar and even a nice little outside patio. I wouldn't go back though, only convenient if you are staying in the hotel. I won't return, definitely better options in town

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This place is perfect and convenient when staying in the Westin. Good beer/drink selection. Loved the chicken tenders. French fries taste just like McFries, in the best way

Up scale hotel restaurant with polite and helpful staff. The burger and personal pizzas we ordered were excellent.

The place was fairly empty at about 6:30p, On the good side the service was very attentive. My waitress was constantly filled as needed which is such a simple thing that most restaurants don't get right. I ordered their rodeo burger with no tomato, medium rare. Burger came well done with two slices of tomato. Meat temps can be missed although I would think a burger temp just shouldn't be that hard for a professional cook working in a "burger bistro". But the tomato. So easy to not get wrong. So the kitchen staff missed it. The wait staff didn't think to check to see if the order they were dropping off matched what was ordered. It's a good thing I don't have an allergy. Since I was dining with friends I pulled the tomato out myself and just ate the overcooked burger. By the way, one tomato was in the burger and the other was on the side so it would be hard to miss. We were coming to the restaurant because our friends were staying at the hotel and just didn't want to travel any more. However with all the amazing food that Waltham has to offer this Burger Bistro has to do better than this if they expect people to come.

Decent food and good service. Menu is limited. Hours are erratic. Bar seems to attract people from in and outside the hotel.

It's inside the Westin Hotel and my Bf & I got the burgers which were really good . Didn't have anything else on the menu though!
