Ruth's Chris Steak House

This was the first time the steak did not meet my expectations. Medium rare filet but with a hard thick crust on one side which impacted the taste. I ended up cutting this off. I Informed one of the assistants to the server, but received no follow-up from management.

Family-friendly space fit for celebrating any occasion, especially a birthday. Steaks cooked to accurate temp.. Classic steakhouse experience. Highly recommend.

An impromtu visit to celebrate a work win. Always a fantastic meal, my wife's favorite steak prep method with the butter on her ribeye. The creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes are big faovorites too. Wine and coctails were equally satisfying and very well prepared. Service was very polite and timely but not obtrusive. Never an easy task and usually a challenge keeping our teenager's water glass full and napkin supply sufficient! We'll be back again soon!

We celebrated my mom's birthday at Ruth's Chris and we had the best service provided by Denise. She is so amazing.

Delicious food. Great ambience! Pricey good for special occadions but everything we had was fantastic!

My husband and I enjoyed the 3 for 55 at the Waltham, MA location. We added the truffle butter to our steak and added the loaded bake potato to ourselected included sides. Our server Tyrone was so kind and went above to make us happy and comfortable.

The weight staff did not pay attention to us at the bar. It took us over two hours to order our meal and another hour for it to show up.

1) After requesting bar seating, but then indicating we'd prefer a table, we were seated in a roomful of families including screaming, crying, wailing children. Not cool. 2) Both of us ordered the (upcharged) filet option on the 3 course meal menu, but were delivered the (base price) strip steak. When we reported this to our server, we were offered new steaks, but accepted the delivered steaks (they were OK, just not what we ordered, and we didn't want to wait any longer) on the condition we wouldn't pay the upcharge. Later, our bill still included the uncharge, which we pointed out and had removed. 3) The Caesar salads were meh...too much cheese, too much dressing, no sign of anchovies. 4) At least the wine we chose was excellent, and the "comped" desserts were good. The comped is in quotes because the 3 course meals included desserts...all we really got was better options of evidently identically priced desserts from the regular menu. We'll come back, but only because our previous visits here were very good. This time they clearly had a bad night.

We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by our server, Joe. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive. The timing of each course was perfect, and he made sure our wine glasses were never empty. His warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience, making the meal not only delicious, but also memorable. Excellent service like this is rare and truly appreciated. Thanks, Joe. You made our dining experience (and my wife’s birthday) truly memorable.

I had the pleasure of being served by Denise Shannon, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we were seated, she treated us with such kindness and genuine care. Denise has a way of making you feel truly valued as a guest, not just another table. Her warm personality and attentiveness made the whole experience so enjoyable. She carries herself with an intrinsic grace that shines through in the way she interacts with people. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and genuine in this line of work, and Denise is truly a standout. I would gladly come back again just for her service!

From Gabe the valet, to the hostess, to our waiter Tyrone my husband and I could not have had a better experience. We usually go to a higher end steakhouse every few weeks and when I tell you THIS location has the friendliest staff, the best steaks, and amazing sides- it really is my favorite so far. Our server was so great that I had to let the manager know. (She was also lovely)
A great server knows how to read a room, our drinks were never empty, he explained everything we asked about, and he was cognizant enough to know when to approach the table and when not to (we were deep in conversation). It was such a lovely experience and meal, without the staff being pretentious.
This is a 5 star steakhouse with some of the best staff and food I’ve ever had.
It’s absolutely on my “go to again” list.
