Very nice Easter Dinner! Attentive but respectful Staff from Servers and Bartenders to Managers!

Always the best experience for steak. The service was top notch - Joe our waiter - was great. Very knowledge and attentive.

My wife and I had dinner on NYE at the Waltham location. The food and atmosphere were excellent and both our meals were prepared just the way we requested.
I can’t say enough about our server Denise Shannon. She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal, offering suggestions as we placed our order and frequently checking to ensure our experience was top notch. As great as the food was, it was Denise that made this a 5 star review!!!

This was a terrible dining experience for the price. My son’s salmon was so fishy he could barely eat it, and this kid often eats frozen salmon that I won’t eat from Trader Joe’s saying it tastes good. He told me the shrimp tasted fishy which I doubted. How often is shrimp so old that it tastes fishy? Sure enough he was right! We told the waitress. He was embarrassed and said he’d eat it. My husband said instead of taking it back, just give him some fries. Yeah, they charged us for the fries on top of the inedible $44 dish. My fillet was over cooked and my shrimp was fishy too. The sides were just ok and didn’t come with my $63 meat dish.

Then there’s the service. In a place like this they’re usually at your side scraping crumbs off your table with a metal tool. Our plates sat in front of us empty for about 15 minutes as we looked at each other. Then we got our desserts (the crème brûlée was the only good thing they had). I was surprised that there wasn’t a birthday candle on my husbands cake since I requested one. Then after some time, we had to flag down our waitress for the check. Then someone told us not to leave since the waitress forgot it was my husband’s birthday and brought out an extra dessert that said happy birthday with a candle on it. That was nice, but we were too full eat it.

Poor wait service - slow & inattentive. Poor food quality - Steaks were fatty & full of grizzle. Steaks & sides were served lukewarm not hot as promised. Our steaks did not sizzle when served & we were able to touch the plates. Dined at many Ruth’s Chris & this location does not measure up! Very disappointed! Also no coat check service - many people’s coats ended up on the floor. Recommend another location like Boston instead!

Sat at the bar for Happy Hour, and our bartender Ethan offered some of the most attentive service we’ve had in a long time. We’ll be seeking him out the next time we stop in!

I am a Ruth Chris regular , but this by far was the best experience . Robin not only went above and beyond in service , but was quick and responsive when our steak wasn’t cooked to our liking , I am in the restaurant industry myself and I know how hard and chaotic things can be but this young man deserves his stars
