I have eaten at Shoppers once and ordered twice. I would have given it 5 stars on everything till today. Fries are cold and the wrap was meh. Wrap was mostly lettuce and the steak was only in the center of the wrap. We have had good experiences with the pizza that would make at least 4 star but this experience was very meh.

My friends and I went here last night for trivia and the service was poor. My friend was charged for a drink that was never brought to the table and we didn’t realize until after we paid the bill. Service has been subpar for many weeks now and we will likely not be coming back. The trivia rocks though, hire more/better servers good luck okay bye
Cheap on the fish with fish & Chip. Fish was olny 2 little dry pieces not fresh. A lot of unnecessary fries with bucket of coleslaw that taste old. Embarrassing!

Service is pretty good here. However when me and a friend came in recently the food was pretty bad. Fries were undercooked. My friend didn't want to be "that person" and send them back. Used to be great food but it's gone downhill the past few months. Under cooked burgers and I don't know what kind of patties they use,but just no. The pizza is always over cooked. However the Reuben is great! Also when I asked for a specific wine the waitress told me she didn't know if they had it. Didn't bother to go check or apologize. And when I was served my red wine I don't know if some spilled out of the glass or it spilled when poured but there were was wine on the outside on the glass and it made a mess on the table. ☹
