The perfect local spot. The owners and all the employees are a gem, they make you feel so welcome. The whole place has the best local feel and environment. It’s undeniably a part of the community. And the food is great! I highly recommend their calzones. They also have a fantastic rewards system for regulars. I really love this place and I hope it will be here forever.

After enriching my mind with art, I wanted to enrich my belly with some light deli fare. Obviously, Prime was the answer! I had the egg salad sandwich on dark rye (toasted). The sandwich made me feel closer to God with each bite. The crispness of the lettuce with the creamyness of the egg, I was transcending through time and space to a different eternal plane. I cannot recommend this place high enough (for Him) for anyone who is looking for a delightful and lifechanging lunch with coworkers.

I go here all the time with my daughter. It's fantastic! Everyone is friendly and theres a huge variety to choose from. We always get a pizza to take home. Never had a bad meal here. Try it!

A very pleasant surprise. My wife had a side salad, and I had chicken noodle soup. The soup has to be home-made. I haven't had a soup like it in over 20 years. Many Chicago loop deli's used to serve Chickem Noodle like Prime Deli's.
We both had Spaghetti with marinara. It was a mega portion with two large pieces of garlic bread.

I recently called in for a delivery, and I was blown away by the exceptional service from Athena. Despite having a complicated order, she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Even though she was obviously busy, she made me feel like I was the only customer there. The service was truly AMAZING. To top it all off, the food was equally delicious! Highly recommend!

I ordered an Italian and a steak bomb and both subs were amazing!! I had both toasted and it was just the perfect. The portion of the food was huge in both subs. The quality and the service was great. I recently discovered this place and will be going back. I loved the food.
