I ordered food to be delivered to my work for a busy, 12 hour overnight shift. Although the food was overpriced, it was one of the few advertised that would deliver after 10 PM so I continued with my order. I was told it would be delivered in 1 hour. I was charged for my food but the order was never delivered and by the time i realized the food was not delivered in that hour, I tried to call them to find out where it was, I was hung up on and as I continued to try to call back I realized that according to their website they had closed so there was no way for me to speak to someone about either getting my food or my money back. So now I am out the $50+ I spent And I was left hungry for my entire shift! terrible service, terrible website and terrible prices! will not Choose this place again in the future.

I got a lot of things to say about this place and there not good. Let me start off by saying I ordered one large pizza and it was burnt almost to a crisp. Also I got a drink with the pizza and it looked to be half draken. The worker, a younger boy, very sexy probably around 16 years old but besides that he was EXTREMELY rude. This place fell of badly. All I got to say it stay away.

We ordered a LG steak tip sub for $15.99 and this what I received. I counted 7 tiny pieces of meat and mostly lettuce and tomato, which I did not add onto it. Called the store to talk and figure out what happened and they said they would figure it out and call me back. After a while they didn’t call back so we called again to figure out what was going on. They then said that they tried to call us to tell us that “they didn’t have enough steak tips” and when we didn’t answer they just made it anyways. Never received a call, in the call log below is the delivery drivers number who was able to call us no issue - and then the two calls to the store from us and no call from the store before that. They then said they wouldn’t be receiving a shipment of steak tips for two weeks, so FYI for anyone ordering steak tips in the next few weeks. They then said they would only give a refund if they showed up to the house to take back the sandwich - which okay fine if that’s what it takes, so we wrapped it back up in the bag and then they never showed up to pick it up.

Delivery took more than twice as long as estimated (1h10m compared to estimated 30min). When I called to check in I was told they were on the way (took another 30min from there). Second call got no apology or any sense of care about the delay.
