Some of the best pizza in Boston! The staff was very welcoming.

We ordered a LG steak tip sub for $15.99 and this what I received. I counted 7 tiny pieces of meat and mostly lettuce and tomato, which I did not add onto it. Called the store to talk and figure out what happened and they said they would figure it out and call me back. After a while they didn’t call back so we called again to figure out what was going on. They then said that they tried to call us to tell us that “they didn’t have enough steak tips” and when we didn’t answer they just made it anyways. Never received a call, in the call log below is the delivery drivers number who was able to call us no issue - and then the two calls to the store from us and no call from the store before that. They then said they wouldn’t be receiving a shipment of steak tips for two weeks, so FYI for anyone ordering steak tips in the next few weeks. They then said they would only give a refund if they showed up to the house to take back the sandwich - which okay fine if that’s what it takes, so we wrapped it back up in the bag and then they never showed up to pick it up.
Delivery took more than twice as long as estimated (1h10m compared to estimated 30min). When I called to check in I was told they were on the way (took another 30min from there). Second call got no apology or any sense of care about the delay.
Their wings were delicious as usual. But I really would like a refund!
The pizza was cold and they forgot to add the pepperoni.
I understand it’s Super Bowl night, but she told me an hour and it took them 2 hours to deliver.
Adding to this bad experience is the fact that the staff is not friendly!

Pizza overcooked and cold. Slices are thinner than a piece of paper. Delivery driver sat in car for appx. 5 minutes before acknowledging our staff waiting for the pizza. Tried calling no one picked up. What happened, you used to have good pizza and quality drivers?
Thought I found a place with decent food but this place is unpredictable. terrible service makes it not worth the hassle / food was good one day and awful and disgusting on another..
I must really hate myself because every time I order from them the food is either double the amount of promised time so it’s ice cold or they send me the wrong order and have to go back and get the correct order so that it’s even colder. I don’t know why I even give them my business. Avoid it all costs!
Amazing customer service!! Ordered through grubhub but they called to confirm my order. My Buffalo chicken wrap was the best and highly recommend the caramel dough babies.

I was served a piece of pizza that was burnt all the way through (cheese and all) and still paid full price.

Ordered before from this location but had no issues prior until today. Paid $65 dollars via ubereats and ordered two large pizza special with a salad. Delivery was made and half the order was missing. Called their location to find out the issue. The lady that picked up the phone sounded like she knew the order was messed up but yet offered no solutions. She wanted me to drive there to pickup the order that they messed up. Never doing business with this location ever again.

I've ordered from a lot of food establishments around Waltham, many of which are pizza places, but never have I had such a terrible experience as I did with Waltham Pizza.
I ordered three dinners and an order of cheesy garlic bread for delivery. The salad that was supposed to come with one of the dinners was missing when my order arrived. On top of that, one of the other dinners was missing entirely.
I called Waltham Pizza to report the issue and even trying to get through to them was an unpleasant experience. The first time I called, I was sent to a voicemail box which was full. The same thing happened the second time I called. On the third try, a woman answered but immediately put me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I called a fourth time from another phone (while my first call was still on hold), and was immediately put on hold again.
I finally got through on my fifth attempt. When I told her that one of my dinners was missing, she admitted that she intentionally sent out my order with items missing because they were "out of pasta". So instead of doing the right thing and calling me to let me know, she sent my order out incomplete and still charged me for the missing items. When I asked for a refund, she said that she was too busy and that I would need to deal with Grubhub instead.
The food that I did manage to receive was terrible. The cheesy garlic bread was burned and was overpriced for the amount you get. The cheeseburger was low quality (I've cooked better cheeseburgers at home) and it was cold. The French fries that came with it were also cold.
The food was bad and the service was the worst I've ever experienced. There are lots of other (better) pizza places in Waltham to choose from, I see no reason to ever order from Waltham Pizza again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
The food we ordered smelled and tasted rotten, our mouths were burning after the first bite! We had to through the pizza in the trash because it was so disgusting!
The girl on the phone was extremely rude and not willing to help. When my husband called to complain about the food she told us “We are closing in 30 minutes, go complain on Uber Eats”. GIRL, you should not be working with customers.

Came here for lunch cuz I was getting my tires changed nearby, ordered an Italian sub. Fresh and soft bread, lots of meat, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and great acidity and heat from the hots! Very happy, would recommend!
Plus the owner Zoe was fun chatting with, she seems like a great owner!
