The drinks and the atmosphere were good, but the service was truly terrible. The girl who served us today, Sunday, March 23rd, at 3pm, treated us in a hostile and not at all friendly manner. They should explain to her that customers should be treated cordially. Because of that experience, I will not shop there again.

this place is cute. the boba didnât taste the best. i ordered a honeydew milk tea with black boba and it wasnât the best. i honestly have never tasted honey dew that way. it was a very acquire taste. my son ordered the wintermelon fruit tea with black boba and he said it was pretty good. you canât go wrong with wintermelon. the facility is clean and in a clear location. you do have to find street parking. there are meters right in front. they have a cute set up to sit in and relax. the person who was working on the day i went seemed very miserable. you could tell she didnât really want to be there. free her or up her pay. do something to help her have a more pleasant experience there. iâm sure itâll bring in more business. i walked in and she was sitting down tucked away. i didnât even notice her until she said hi after i was in the store for about 2 mins. iâm not sure if taking pictures of the place was making her feel uncomfortable but whatever it is i hope she feels better. both of our bobas came out to $14 which wasnât bad. i also purchased macaroons. they were just okay.

In all honesty, the service here is wonderful employees always patient and answer any questions you have The atmosphere is great drinks are low price even at the large drink with Boba itâs only $10 and they donât pressure you to tip, but with the service youâll get you just want to tip the most amount you can. Five stars wonderful.
We love stopping by here at least once a week. If we're not in a rush, we enjoy making up new ways to play some of the games they have available on the table. Otherwise, I'll pre-order off the website and do a quick pickup!

Boba is average but the service is great and there's a cute little seating area as well. They have uno and a few other games and comfy couches you can hang out on.

I took my team out for bubble tea. We got there and we ordered and I put 20% tip. I had question for the lady who is there as I was trying to see if itâs possible to make one of them as the last one as I was trying to take it to go for another coworker. she immediately shut me down before I finish and she had a lot of attitude. While I donât expect her to accomdiate me on the request and I completely understand that she might not be able to do it and itâs fine but the attitude and the way she answered shocked me. I just thanked her and I said itâs ok. The teas were good, there was no complaint about that. However, the attitude got me, I wouldnât want to spend my money there and be treated like that. I worked in customer service before and I feel for them and I appreciate their work and I know itâs hard but that wasnât right.
