Perhaps the Wate McDonald's could focus on doing the job rather than yelling at customers for calling an employee Mam.
My 18 year old went to get lunch this afternoon and said "Thank you Mam" to the person that handled his order only to be chastised and yelled at for calling someone what they clearly look like. This particular store has a long history of long Wait time's, uncleanly area's and wrong orders.
