DO NOT bother signing up for the VIP program. The redemption never seems to get on the order even though the VIP profile shows it redeemed. I show the redemption to the man who filled my order and he said he would take care of it next time. I'll update my review if he does, but I'm reasonably sure that was a brush off. The food is actually decent, so if you're not bothered by deceptive business practices, I would say go ahead and give them a try.
The pizza and the service were quite good. Polite staff, but I just feel they need to know that the cleanliness of establishment needs improvement. The dining area is okay but the bathrooms were horrible. Beyond horrible.

I just had the American combo, Rib Eye Steak Pizza, and California Club Burger. Wow! The burgers were juicy, the fries crispy, and that pizza was incredible! 10/10 recommends it for anyone craving delicious American fare with a twist.
