Fire the entire staff and get people who are willing to serve the public with a smile and willing to work. They need staff who are willing to empty overflowing trash cans, clean and restock the bathrooms, serve the public with smile and behave in a cordial manner. This place has hostile, unfriendly, workers who behave in a very ignorant manner who dealing with customers.
Where do I begin? The staff is very unfriendly, theyre more concerned about what gossip they need to catch up on. The food is always stale. Half of the staff looks like they havent showered in weeks, clothes are covered in stains. I got a burger last night and the bun was so hard i had to take it off and eat what was left. This place is gross.
