A blonde early morning is very rude and nasty. I was missing sausage in wrap so I came back. She emptied bag and there was sausage in bag not on sandwich! I stop every morning this is not first time she has been rude.

Been coming here for over a year and most of the time they have an attitude and I’m tired of spending money on mediocre coffee they constantly make my drinks incorrectly and I’m refusing to spend another dime at any Dunkin’ Donuts it’s a shame I was a customer to the franchise for 10+ years and this establishment pretty much killed that relationship

Gloomy presence and atmosphere. Took awhile then my hot coffee was on cold side must of been blinking red for awhile :( disappointing when take first sip from hot coffee on highway and it’s on colder side ( not even lukewarm:( bummer !!!!

Went through the drive thru, lady working doesn’t say a word to me at the window. Realize I got the wrong order so I go back through, second time at the window I get “this is your, this is mine” as she snatches the wrong order out of my hand. No sorry or anything just rude as hell.
The woman behind the counter was very attentive and listened to my specific request. Thank you.

The drive-through is a joke, and the woman at the register was on her phone, and I asked why it was taking so long and she told me they were backed up. Sometimes I wonder if it’s easier to go inside but no I’ve tried. West Wareham Dunkin’ Donuts is a joke.

Worth going instead of dunks on tremont… if you want donuts or anything baked go in the morning, they run out OFTEN but no worries they do go service make the stuff right with the taps in there too its a nice spot. Got some plugs and stuff too if you need to
