My first time coming into this Dunkin, I did a Mobile order. And when I walked in the store, which was empty with only three patrons sitting inside. A few cars in the driveway, I could not believe the dirty looks and attitude I got from the ladies working at that store.On top of that my food was burnt when the girl came to give me my coffee roll she basically threw the bag on the counter.

Went there to get a refresher get lnside and an employee told another to help front counter yelling back he needs to waaaaiiiiiit!!! I reply I don’t mind waiting, meanwhile there is four people on front counter Bev . I tell the lady a I want a refresher but made with chamomile tea Because it’s decaf so I talk her through it ,yet argues back and forth about what the rim is which I had told Her to put water to the bottom part of the rim steep the tea bag then add ice then refresher , so I go on and ask for a refund and they said they will make it and refuse to refund me went to another store by the same corporation no problem

The ladies here were very kind here say turn to my morning around after my normal Dunkin' Donuts just consistently messed up my order the first time these ladies heard my order here they made it with no problems everything was perfect and they were extremely kind and willing to help shout out to the two Jessicas, you really made a sh*tty morning alot better. Hope you all have a happy Easter and thank you for your A+ customer service!! 😊

A blonde early morning is very rude and nasty. I was missing sausage in wrap so I came back. She emptied bag and there was sausage in bag not on sandwich! I stop every morning this is not first time she has been rude.
