Horrible customer service- my husband went last night and offered to grab a family order for our neighbors as well for after my daughters dance recital. He was denied a second order of chicken. He ordered a 16 piece and a 4 and was told you can’t order more than 16- he explained he was getting for our neighbors also- he explained they tried to call the order in multiple times with no answer on KFCs end- he spoke to John the manager- no resolution- my husband had to go without...read full review
