The current crew over the last month or two etc have been the best. No issues, always makes the coffee great. Huge improvement over the years.

I worked at different Dunkins for over 5 years , so believe me when I say I understand the level of chaos . But this morning was by far the WORST experience at any dunkins ive been too.. 18minutes in the drive thru..
Not only was the dude at the windows RUDE. I have a $5 tip , no acknowledgment .. not to mention was missing a coffee in my order .
& my avocado toast wasn't even toasted.

I’ve gone to this dunks many times recently and almost without a doubt each time they have messed up my order, including mobile orders. I normally wouldn’t leave a review but this time the mess up was so ridiculous that I had to. I ordered through the app a bacon egg and cheese with no cheese and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I received a regular bacon egg and cheese with strawberry cream cheese on it … and a regular bacon egg and cheese with the cheese. I personally worked at a dunkins for 2 years so i’m not even sure how that happens, need a new regular dunks don’t choose this one.

I have enjoyed going here in the past however recently the service has been poor. They forgot to put food i ordered in my bag and I didn't realize until I got home and the wraps I did order were overcooked and very hard like they were left out for awhile and not fresh.

honestly if you’re looking for a quick coffee, go here. but if you have multiple people ordering different drinks and food, or even if it’s just you ordering a drink and food, probably go find the next dunkin. they always forget something, mess up a drink, give you the wrong food, there’s always SOMETHING wrong whenever i’ve gone here. their frozen drink machine is also almost always down.

im lactose intolerant and wrote for oakmilk and im confident they gave me regular milk :(
If they where any slower it be a joke. Ice in ice coffee melted as it took 10 min in drive through. The struggle is real.

Hairy guy in the morning is rude, (not the gentleman with a beard and glasses, the one with long hair)however the woman with brown hair in the afternoon is a sweetie.. stop somewhere else in the morning if you can
