Hairy guy in the morning is rude, (not the gentleman with a beard and glasses, the one with long hair)however the woman with brown hair in the afternoon is a sweetie.. stop somewhere else in the morning if you can

They alway screw orders up and inside counter is closed more then it’s open

Refused service. Came in at about 3:15pm on Sunday. Young kid taking orders decided to take three cars in the drive thru and chat with a buddy of his in the drive thru line for 5 minutes without even acknowledging me after making eye contact with me when I first came in.I don't know if he's like someone's disabled son or something but please try to actually put staff on to take orders.I just walked away and grabbed something from the gas station.Edit: yeah looking at all the other reviews it seems to be a theme.

at 5 30 pm ,they shut down the expresso machine ,they said it s already wash and clean,but they close at 7 00 pm........

The staff is friendly but most of the time I find myself waiting in the Drive-Thru line a lot. Even when there are no customers ordering and I'm the only one in the Drive-Thru I am still sitting in my car 5 to 10 minutes for One singular drink. I shouldn't have to feel the need to put my car in park and shut off the engine just to wait. Also don't even bother trying to do mobile orders here, at least for me I never get service when I'm in Warren. And I'm not going to place a mobile order in another town before I get there.

You’ll have a line out the door but 3 workers stand outside smokin away… it’s terrible! WestBrookfield Dunkin’s may cost more but what they do in 5 minutes would take the warren location all week! Who puts 5 donuts of all different kinds in 1 bag??!!! Better yet who puts chocolate donuts upside down in a bag??!!!

This place is not far from where I live so I decided to try them out one morning when I was out running errands. Of all the Dunkin' donuts in the area this one has to have the absolute best location. The scenery is second to none. Pastoral views abound for those who want to order a coffee and just sitting their car and daydream looking at the beautiful scenery. I don't know how they got a hold of this location but I'm glad they did. Of course they have drive-thru which I enjoy because I have a compromised immune system and value drive-thru operations very much. Super convenient and wicked beautiful scenery. You go Dunkin's!

After waiting in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, I place my order and only then afterward am I notified that you don't take $100 bills. Confused by this, I asked why? Do you not have enough change like do you not have enough twenties? He said no I do, I'm just not taking $100 bills. I said, do you not have a counterfeit pen? He said no I do, I'm just not taking hundreds. I asked him, can you please make an exception for me since I didn't know and I just waited in line this entire time? And he said no I'm not taking your hundred....If your business is going to take a stance like this and refuse to take regular American currency just purely because you don't want to, maybe you should post a sign or something that way people don't spend that much time in line for no reason? This was 11/1 at 7:30am. Smh.

Revolving door of staff so never properly trained, can't handle multiple customers, run out of basics early. Sometimes straight out rude like I'm inconveniencing them somehow with maybe 2 donuts I'm getting. And I top!
