I won’t be back. Last time was there they wouldn’t accept cash, it is MA law that businesses have to accept cash as payment.
Not many dairy free flavors, only one employee is often working.
I like sorbet, found better icecream place to go to.
Nate and Gustavo are incredible at scooping ice cream. Every time I walk in, the music sets a great vibe, and their service is always perfect. Their fun personality and excellent customer service make the experience even better. Plus, they keep the place clean and welcoming. It’s always a treat to stop by!
Gustavo is awesome and nate is the best scooper. They support vets.

I went to get a quart of ice cream and paid 16 bucks plus 3 bucks for tip. The container has so much space left empty. Usually, they fill up the quart container but this time the ice cream was not packed. 16 bucks for a quart that is 1/4 empty.
Update 9/14: Jason and Eva were extremely kind and helpful and gave us a pint of ice cream for free along with three cone coupons. Mistakes happen but I am very extremely happy and impressed with how the managers addressed this issue and immediately took action. Thank you!

The ice cream was delicious, but the one spoonful I had as a sample only consisted of caramel. It was difficult to know whether the ice cream was good. You, I love the varieties from b&j

$7 for a small cone/cup of ice cream.
That's all you need to know. This store is in Watertown, not Beverly Hills.
Personally, I think they could (and should) lower prices, but welcome to capitalism and corporate greed.

Insanely overpriced. Nearly $25 for two small cones. Asked for caramel topping and got next to nothing. Ice cream is great but not worth the price

Marshmallow Sky and Chocolate Therapy in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone :-).
The ice cream was delicious and the service was super friendly and fast.
The cone didn’t taste fresh though (was a little hard. I almost couldn’t bite it but I have a medical condition and am more fragile. It’s just that I’m pretty sure it wasn’t made today because that doesn’t normally happen to me).
I didn’t realize it was hurting my teeth until I’d eaten most of it so next time I would return the cone part and ask for a fresher one. I’m sure someone without my condition would have enjoyed the cone.
Fully accessible and parking and handicapped parking right next door.

Ice cream was delicious and the place was clean. We had a very nice worker, Eva, help us and that’s what really made the experience! Thank you and I’ll be back for the Salted Caramel next time!
