Ben and Jerry's ice cream always sets a good standard for the sweet treats, but the staff here were the stars on our visit. They were patient and kind. Helped out when the toddler dropped a cone on the ground.

Seemed busy but didn't rush us. Environment is upbeat with dancing music. Have been before, will come again.

Was a great spot to visit, esp with the kiddo.

My time here at Ben & Jerrys was impeccable. After rolling in 10 minutes before closing, expecting side eyes, and rushed service, I was actually given the complete opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and quite welcoming despite the late time. While looking through the dipping case wondering which flavors I was going to have, one of the staff offered for samples and told me to take my time, I didn't feel like a burden at all! The shop was also relatively clean even though the doors were soon to be locked. I seriously appreciate and underestimated the kindness of the staff and I am 100% looking forward to visiting this shop once again (but probably earlier 😂)

Prior to my recent experience, i had already had bad experiences in this location. First of the customer service is very much lacking. You walk in and nobody greets you, they all stand around talking to each other not taking anyones orders or acknowledging you. This happened on multiple occasions and doesn’t seem to change. When they finally took my order the only took down one order which took forever to complete due to their conversations with with other. I understand wanting to converse at work to pass time but the lack of service and attention is the real issue. When we finally got our orders it was not done correctly. We ordered a cookies and cream milk shake but when we got it, it was literally all milk. I will not be coming back to this location after the multiple chances of redemption i just cant allow myself to spend my money somewhere they clearly dont care about customer service.

This Ben and Jerry’s customer service was very poor. Me and my partner came in on Fourth of July and were never greeted. We watched several employees talking in the bad not doing anything, and one employee talking to his friends taking 5 minutes to ask up what we want acting like we were interrupting his conversation with his friends. He proceeded to only take one of our orders and took several minutes to take the next due to him continuing his conversation with his friends talking. He finally screws up the last order as we proceed to tell him exactly what we want. This location has very poor costumer service.

This place feels like a scam? It's exceptionally expensive. Why not just go to roche Bros and get a pint for literally cheaper than a scoop here?

We waited in line and they were serving everyone behind us . After waiting for more than 10 minutes and watching everyone who came after us get served, I asked the staff what is happening. They did serve then but very rudely. Would not visit there as there are many ice cream shop’s around .

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today.
I was standing in front of the ice cream counter, clearly waiting to order, but the staff ignored me without any explanation and took the order of the person behind me first.

The employees were quite rude, and there was absolutely no apology or sign of remorse for what happened.
I went there hoping to enjoy a nice treat, but left feeling upset and disrespected.

In a service business, basic courtesy should be a given. I won’t be returning.

A new GM named Alex just started and he and the staff are super friendly and service oriented. It was a great experience and the ice cream was fantastic.
