My order is always 100% correct which is MUCH appreciated. They take attention to detail and the instructions on the order very well. Food is prepared in a timely manner and the delivery drivers are always SO polite, oh and the food is DELICIOUS
The people who work at Boston House of Pizza truly go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are readily available to make things right if the customer is not totally satisfied. I witnessed a very rude customer yesterday, September 22nd yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered to him directly and that his little brother ate their pizza. How ridiculous is that! Delivery people are not responsible for who eats what is being delivered....
Average pizza, my husband likes cornmeal dusting and didnt find these to have it.average customer service from my expereince calling orders in. Wasnt told the total or eta if delivery before being charged.
