Fabulous experience as always. This has been my favorite restaurant for years. As a long-time loyal customer, I appreciate the excellent food, service, and atmosphere. This past visit, the waitress brought me and my son complimentary drinks as a sign of appreciation because I mentioned the long-term experience of bringing my son to the restaurant for celebrations and that periodic "let's-go-out-to-dinner-because-we-feel- like-it" occasion. Nice job!

We signed up for their special pizza night event and live jazz music. We arrived on time and weren't seated for 25 minutes. When ready to order the pizza for the special pizza event, we were told they ran out of pizza at 7:30 pm. The food was passable at best and then they ran out of ice cream for the brownie sundae. Could barely hear the jazz music. Very disappointed in the whole management of the event.

Branchline is a good choice for groups—the outdoor patio is a nice option during the fall, late spring. It's been great when we needed a place for 6-15 people. While food is overall good, I prefer the brunch menu over the dinner menu—more variety. We appreciated that the kitchen divided our plates because we were sharing entree. Very thoughtful. Thank you! Food is delicious, location convenient, cool ambiance. I know I'll be back.

Food was delicious and service was good. Too sunny to sit outside, so we sat inside. It's configured to be noisy but there were a few people inside; so it was decent. If it was crowded inside, it would be unbearable. The umbrellas weren't sufficient to keep those who wanted out of the sun.

I've been coming to Branch Line since it opened over 10 years ago. The great service and atmosphere on this visit was marred by a very undercooked squid (slimy) and a mistaken beer order - I ordered a Hefeweizen, which is a very light beer, and received a dark ale. When I questioned this, I was assured that the ale was indeed a hefeweizen until they realized that someone had mis labeled the taps. All of this was done pleasantly but it left me scratching my head. Any way, it's a very nice resto and the chicken is especially good.

Love coming to the Branch line in Watertown for dinner, drinks or late supper. Simple delicious menu, we love the Piri Piri Chicken but the steak frites and the mega Cobb Salad offer variety as well. Our server Shelby was friendly and took care of us very well. We had the croissant bread puddling for desert, so sweet and yummy. Comfortable low key vibe, great for date night but also friendly for families and large parties. I love the interior design of Branch Line so I always grab a table indoors, but the outdoors space has a great vibe and is very popular

This is such a cute place to get dinner with friends. The food is amazing and the rotisserie chicken that I had was so juicy. The snap peas salad is must have. Nice and crunchy packed with so many flavors and fresh mint. Be careful - the portions are on the larger size. And please make some room for their desserts 🍨 the croissant bread pudding and the affogato are absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend

The food was exceptional. I've never had chicken breast that tender from a restaurant. The sugar snow pea salad is a great starter. If you like spicy & sweet, the Tamarind Grilled Shrimp are GREAT! SERVICE: Our bartender was friendly, talkative when they needed to be, and attentive throughout service. They got a little busy and took some time getting us our bill after we completed our meal. I would still come back but prefer to get the payment ball rolling once the experience is over. Overall 9/10 and great experience.
