One of the best meals my husband and I have had in our 30 year marriage. We eat out weekly and we were surprised by the outstanding quality of the food, the excellent service, friendly atmosphere and overall cost. The branzino was the best I've ever had in my life, including 10 or so meals both in restaurants and cooked at home. Crispy potatoes are a must, but the side dish that made our meal was surprisingly the buttermilk marinated cucumbers. Cocktails were great, atmosphere OK, and service excellent. We were there on a busy theater night during rush-hour and still had an outstanding experience. We will definitely be Back!

The food is always excellent. The rotisserie chicken is amazing. The steak was very good, though was medium rather than medium rare as ordered. The burger was also a little overcooked. Burrata is amazing. The pretzel appetizer is amazing. The wine list is outstanding for a restaurant of this type. The service, however, was extremely slow at first, and then the server was very abrupt and seemed irritated that we asked the host for assistance after waiting 15 minutes at the table without being asked for our drink order. I think this is the first time I've ever experienced a server not introducing themselves. The speed improved but it was honestly a bit awkward for everyone in our party.

Love this restaurant, it is my go to spot in this area. I even grab their rotisserie chicken to go sometimes! The aesthetic is very nice here for friends or work colleagues. Always great food, drinks, and service.
Good food, terrible service. I started typing a really long explanation of what happened, but it's really not worth the effort and I doubt anyone really cares. It doesn't matter why the service was poor, it just was and it was without cause.

I’ve had Piri Piri chicken before, but this definitely is the most memorably delicious. Fries paired great with it and they have plenty of drinks to choose from. Definitely going to visit it again next time I’m in Watertown.

Branch Line was the spot for our rehearsal dinner of about 30 people on a Friday night. We sat outside on the patio. The drinks were delicious. Food was served family style and we had the shrimp, snap pea salad, halloumi, rotisserie chicken, pork tenderloin, fish and beans, and mixed cookie brownie dessert plates. Everyone is still raving about the food and plan to come back when they can. Staff were helpful and courteous. They provided us with a microphone and speaker set up for speeches.
We’re thankful to Deena and Branch Line for all their part in making our rehearsal dinner a resounding success that folks will be talking about for years to come!
