I was going to place an order for pickup but no one wanted to answer the phone. I called 3 times. Oh well.
Awesome food and vibe. Very good waitress but I can't remember her name. Tolerated all of our nonsense. Though, she's never seen the princess bride and that is not great.

I had a really disappointing experience with this restaurant leading up to Mother’s Day. We originally made a reservation for 11:15 AM, and about a week before, they called to move it to 2:00 PM—a nearly three-hour difference. That’s not a small adjustment, especially for a holiday that people plan carefully around.
What made it worse was the way it was handled. There was no explanation for the change and no apology for the inconvenience. The tone of the call felt dismissive, like our reservation didn’t really matter.
On top of that, we were suddenly told it would be a “ticketed event” costing $40 per person, which had never been mentioned when we booked. That should have been clearly disclosed upfront, not added on last-minute.
I understand that restaurants are busy on holidays and things can change, but communication and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate, and it definitely impacted our impression of the restaurant.

I have eaten here on more than a few occasions. But this last time I have to say that it is not the same as it was. The staff, as always, was attentive and polite. But the food — one of the dishes was cold and the mac & cheese was flat out badly prepared. I suppose my poor review of the atmosphere stems from the fact that I don’t often eat inside; last night I did and it is just far too loud and the tables are crowded together. Case in point; I dropped my fork and it landed on the foot of the person at the table next to me.

It was okay. Waitress was friendly but the rest of the staff seemed annoyed by the presence of customers. Food was fine. Nothing special.

Wasn't a fan. The food was poorly seasoned, we had to ask for salt and each dish needed a lot of it. Also the oil used for the chicken clearly needed to be changed.
The decor was kind of worn out and the music was blaring incredibly loud.

Get the nashville hot fried chicken and beignets. You won’t regret it!

Had a good dinner here with a group of friends. We shared a bunch of different tapas/meals, which was a nice way to try a variety of things. I enjoyed the BBQ shrimp, fried chicken sliders and burger sliders. The biscuits were ok.
We made a reservation ahead of time and were seated right away. Parking outside was tight on Saturday night, but there was space in the garage.

Very cool spot, I would've liked to see a larger bar and draft beer options- but very good experience nonetheless. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Thighs and they were insanely good and made fresh. I feel like I was overcharged a bit since my bill was over $30 for 1 beer and a $16 order of chicken thighs - but still worth it. Came in on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty busy. Definitely would come back

I live super close to this buttermilk & bourbon location, and frequently pop in for brunch or a cute dinner moment. I have never once been disappointed with my experience! Food is great, drinks are yummy, and servers Mimi and Catalina specifically have always been friendly faces :) would highly recommend!

Worst lunch I’ve had in years. Over staffed but no help manager watching TV. All of my food came out first, then 15mins later my wife’s, won’t be back!

B&B Watertown is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE places to go, my daughter and I are obsessed and go any chance we get! The menu always has something new and delicious as the seasons change (when they have ribs that's all I ever order!), but they always keep their amazing staples like sliders, fried chicken, and biscuits (and don't sleep on their brunch!). The cocktails and sangria are fantastic and the staff are always a complete delight (shout out to awesome server/bartender Mimi!). The interior is gorge and their covered patio (with heaters when needed) is a beautiful place to sit and people watch in Arsenal Yards. Could not recommend this place enough! Love, Love, Love xo

They have mice running around in this place. Poorly managed - no one seemed to know what’s going on. I would avoid this place at all costs.
