Chip City has the best fresh baked cookies anywhere around. I could make my own, they never taste the same. So for a small treat or corporate catering Chip City is the place to go! Sometimes I just don’t want to bake. Chip City comes through, with all your cravings. Go in and try them for yourself.

I had a really disappointing experience. The staff, including a man with and a woman named were not polite or helpful at all. I felt ignored, and my order took over 30 minutes with no explanation. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

It’s unfortunate that today was a horrible experience. Made online order and literally took over 1 1/2 hours just to get cookies ready. When I called to see what was the matter nobody answer first two calls then in third call someone hung up . The product is great we always had good experiences but today was frustrating and not acceptable. After all we are paying a premium for cookies , service should match

Love this place! They have the most delicious cookies! I’ve tried so many of the flavors and they are all SOO good and always so fresh. They have cute to go boxes that hold like 10 cookies and it’s my go to for visiting family!
