This location is very unorganized and incompetent. They take forever to prepare orders and are out of most everything.

Atrocious. Went in there and they were all standing around doing nothing. The steak is burnt to a crisp and the lady behind the counter was rude. I asked for lettuce and she gave me 5 pieces, asked for more and she told me no. It's LETTUCE. Cannot believe I even paid for this bowl. It's not like it's worth what they charged me. Update: started eating the bowl and the rice is RAW. Like not even cooked.

If I could give this a zero I would . I don't even know where to begin I preordered this meal on DoorDash, I got there when they said it was ready and low and behold is it ready? No. We're they busy no, I asked about my order and they told me to wait , while I waited I watched them not make any orders and more people piling in waiting for their orders that they placed ahead of time.Meanwhile I watched people walk in and order their food and leave. This went on for 30 minutes , still waiting for my meal , would have canceled except my husband was waiting for his food. Got home and my tag has stains on it. They put barbacoa instead of steak which is what I paid for and for my half chicken they gave me all of four pieces. I don't know how you can be so bad at such a simple job, just so bad at such a simple job I'm shook. It was giving gross it was giving lack of care, it gave no customer satisfaction.

This chipotle is sort of a mess. Food is fine, standard mediocre Chipotle fare (you'd be better off going to a local taqueria like Anna's if you have the time). Online ordering service is a disaster though. Rarely are things ready on time, and they've lost my order at least once. Also, the tables outside are rarely set up, forcing customers to build their own patio if they want to sit outside. Inside is fine, but could be cleaner. Hopefully they can pull their act together.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I placed an online order for 2pm and when I got there, the cashier said she couldn't find my order. She offered no help even after I showed her I paid and the email with my name, date, location, and payment. She said I could cancel my order on the app, and I asked if she could show me where I could do that, but shrugged it off and ignored me. I get you might be tired, but at least show SOME effort to help bc I did everything on my end to get my order and the system glitched out. She eventually told me I could grab another bowl but barely looked at me when she spoke.

Easily the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. For it being a new location, you would think they would have this place running smoothly. Guess not. I got there Sunday afternoon for a quick bite before the Celtics game and it took me 20 minutes (with 2 people in front of me) to start my order. There was no rice, no veggies or chicken (of course everything I wanted in my bowl). One of the staff was not wearing a hat or hair net; and for how long it was taking, it looked like the employees were walking in cement. No sense of urgency or respect for their patrons. After requesting chicken, she went to the back and starting cutting it up. After her slowly cutting the chicken for 5 minutes, I had enough and had to get out of there. I will NOT be returning and hope I can be compensated for the time I wasted in this pigsty of an establishment. Awful, just awful

they used to have a great employee named Benjamin who seemed like the general manager but he wasn't and he disappeared one day and they now appear to have a new manager and the staff are all clearly family members of his. When i was seated i watched an employee drink alcohol while working - nips of captain morgan. there is one good manager, lynn, who was overworked and embarrassed but does a good job when she's not correcting the constant mistakes made by other employees or being asked by upper management to hold off on items that clearly need restocking. it seems like the put this store into the manager "eddy's" hands and they're letting it run into the ground. it's never stocked, they're always out of ice, the dining room is dirty, and the bathrooms are NEVER mopped. get Benjamin back in charge of this store and i'll change it to A 5. my guess is he left because he wasn't promoted. chipotle needs to keep an eye on the FRONT LINE or there will be no BOTTOM LINE to focus on. hire back benjamin as a manager, hire back jason as a manager, and you'll have some service again. keep promoting your current staff and it'll go downhill, they do not possess professionalism, let alone fluent english

The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen. I mean, it was so dirty only a few hours after opening I have a hard time believing that the tables weren't just dirty from the day before. It was almost 90 degrees outside and there was no A/C on so most people were eating outside. Every surface was just disgusting. Additionally, when I went to order I asked for steak and the woman behind the counter just stared at me. "Um, are you out of steak?" Nods. So bizarre.

Really bad service, food is not fresh. A lot of mistakes with all customers on a busy Saturday. Employees don't understand and it's a horrible mess.

For what it's worth this review is provided by my work ordering lunch from here. Never have had chipotle, never will again. Not my choice of food. That being said I ordered a kids menu item to order something. Chicken, brown rice and cheese. Simple. Threw it all together and is what it is. Was ok. Not filling for my stomach but will get bye. Judging by the reviews not a great place. We'll see how I feel down the road. The chocolate milk, nope nope and nope!

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like they have compiled the rudest people in Boston to work at this location. Not once have I encountered a friendly employee here. On top of that they have almost never gotten an order right. The place is absolutely filthy and the food looks actually vile. I highly doubt the employees care enough to take food safety into consideration. I haven't seen a good review here so I'm really just in shock that this location is even open still.

All the employees act like they don't want to be at work, I'm sick of these employees. Management needs to clean house and start over, and if management is the same way then corporate needs to come and find new employees. I came to this place on three different occasions and found that they decided to close 2 hours early. This would be understandable if they were understaffed or had to many orders, but they were not I could see at least 8 employees and when I tried to enter they all looked at me like I just ruined their day. 0/100 for customer service and do not recommend anyone go here until they get new staff!
