City Works (Arsenal Yards - Watertown)

Service was good. Food was good. I would definitely go back. Overall a pleasant experience

Food was good, but the changes ate little disappointing. The French fries now have no spicy seasoning great for those who cant tolerate it. My favorite, Cheddar Burger smaller and definitely not as delicious. The bacon onion relish a beloved condiment so different it was not eaten. Will I continue to try orher things and the Burger, YES. Im not giving up yet but per the wait staff, corporate has made changes the chef can't argue with. Hopefully they dont lose any loyal customers, so stand up for us!!

Had a great server, Glen, and the food was not excellent but well above average, and fairly priced. The beer list is impressive, and cocktails are reasonable. It's loud, but if a bustling sports bar is your jam, it's a good choice.

As expected parking is an issue but that's not the fault of the restaurant. Overall it's a good upscale sport bar in a Newish building with exposed beams and lots of screens!

Very good, affordable modern dining. Great entertainment/atmosphere. Like almost all restaurants, salt content is unnecessarily high. 25% of all Americans would benefit from lowered sodium levels, and increase restaurant business accordingly.

Mocktails are overpriced and lower quality than expected. Grilled chicken from kids menu came crusted with black pepper without warning. Together these made for one very disappointed kid. If you order strawberry lime mocktail, ask to skip the salt rim. Everything else was ok, but nothing to write home about. The server was nice, attentive, stopped by often enough to ask if we needed anything else.

Been to the Waltham location, where the staff was great and food was also very good - but this location is warmer and a more pleasant atmosphere. Food was much better than I expected in a sports bar.

We had a nice dinner at City Works on Valentine's Day. The service, the food, the ambience were all average. This is a really good place if you are looking to have some beer as well watching sports.

Burgers are yummy.. ambiance is good with many TV screens showing football matches..

I recently visited City Works in Watertown, and it was an unforgettable experience. I got the chicken wings and the fried chicken sandwich, and both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. They had a smoky, rich flavor that had me hooked from the first bite.

The fried chicken sandwich was just as impressive. The crispy fried chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the sandwich itself was stacked with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The fries were crispy and golden, a perfect complement to the meal.

The atmosphere at City Works was also great—friendly staff, a cool vibe, and everything came out quickly and fresh. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for delicious comfort food with a twist. Definitely coming back soon!

Good, reasonably priced food, with an awesome selection of beers. If you’re looking for a good spot to meet an old friend for a quick casual bite, this isn’t a bad spot to do it. Burgers are tasty and big as well!

Just an amazing experience every time. The fish and chips were exactly what I was looking for! Light and airy and not just a big slab of fish. Come in and look for D behind the bar. Just a great personality and an outstanding guy!
