We love condessa! For take out or dine in - the food is always so delicious. The grilled fish tacos, tampinquenas, and Chile en nogada are favorites! The staff is so friendly and welcoming (and great with kids!) don't forget to order the churros!

Went in for a weekday lunch. Service is fast and good, the toluca (steak) tacos are delicious and come with a side of unbelievably tasty rice. Got tres leches for dessert; it's a very generous portion, so you might want to share it.

BEWARE - my husband is hearing impaired and we asked for a table that was in a quiet part of the restaurant. The table we wanted sat 4 people and we were only 2 people. We were told that they needed that table for 4 people. 15 min later 2 people only speaking spanish were seated at that table!!!!!

The atmosphere here is wonderful, the food is good, but the service is HORRIBLE. I've tried this place twice and was disappointed both times. The first experience I went in with friends for lunch- there must have been some miscommunication between the servers toward the end of our meal. Our table sat waiting for our check for 20 minutes while servers cleaned the restaurant and talked at the host stand. We had to flag someone down, we did eventually get our bill but that ruined the experience.I also came in last weekend with my partner. The restaurant was empty aside from one other table (we came in after the lunch rush). There was a group of staff hanging out and talking at a table near where we were sat. We expected quick service because it wasn't busy... And sat at the table with our water for over 10 minutes without anyone coming over to take an order. The staff too was busy chatting among themselves to serve us, so we left our waters and went over to Buttermilk and Bourbon. We had a much better experience there.

Nice place terrible service. The bartenders are more concerned about talking and having a good time then getting drinks out at a timely manner. The manager has no clue of what’s going on they do whatever they want behind the bar drink water down food is OK. 2/3/24

I love it! Service was great, food was delicious, the restaurant itself was adorable, and it had me wanting to come back before I even left. They have a pretty big menu. It's one of those restaurants where everything that comes out of the kitchen looks incredibly appetizing. I would say the portion size ranges from fairly large to huge. The table next to us ordered some sort of quesadilla and some kind of burrito. Both dishes had a beautiful presentation. The burrito was the size of a small child. Easily could've been split between two people with extra to bring home. I had the tequila shrimp tacos. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was amazing. There were 3 tacos on the dish, and it came with black beans and rice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to going back.Parking: They have a parking garage with plenty of spots and free parking
