They don't always get the orders right. The cashiers are pleasant.

I’ve been trying to reach them for almost 1 week giving them a call to put some boxes of hot coffee and hot chocolate in prior to my arrival and they never got a chance to pick up the phone, also the management is not really nice people have a hard time with the language barrier. It’s been hard to communicate with this store in specific.

The only Dunkin I trust. Every other place I've been has snuck on me a bagel with the cream cheese still in the box or a cappuccino with some unwelcome additive like "flavor" or possibly sugar. This Dunkin is like Cheers (where everybody knows your name).

The seller was very friendly and the place looked good. But the donut tasted too greasy for me and the marshmallow cream was more of a flavored cream.

It's my favorite joint for coffee next to the one on Lexington street. Both very close to my work places.
Too many online orders effecting in-store service. Extremely busy took way too long to get my coffee literally like 15 minutes. Some of it was the fact they probably could've used another employee on at that time of day. The biggest problem not just here but at all DUNKS locations is the Duncan to go online ordering that takes priority over the people in the store and it's not right if I'm standing right there in front of you I should get service first as well as other paying customers that are standing there listening to that stupid little chime go off every millisecond that's the corporate's biggest mistake that affects every location

Absolutely horrible service! My husband and I tried to get a coffee and drink because we were staying up late doing laundry next door and the lady wouldn’t service us and closed 20 minutes early.

It's one of the best Dunkin stores in Boston area. It's in a convenient location with plenty parkings. Clerks are friendly and locals seem to love this one. I like its cozy atmosphere with well arrayed seating. Next time I will try eating in.

I live across the street from a different Dunkin, and come here instead on my way to work because the food is always fast and accurate, and the one near me, not so much.
