THE WORST DUNKIN!!!! Went in about 5-8 minutes after putting my mobile order in for a hot coffee and a Donut made the order at 2:56 please tell me why I didn’t leave with a hot coffee and donuts until 3:30 when my order was sitting on the back counter and the lady just refused to acknowledge anyone waiting for mobile orders. Then the woman said “we don’t have chocolate frosted” I walked over and wow there was a whole tray of them. I said I wanted the chocolate frosted and she proceeded to pull out 3 different types of donuts. What the hell is going on at this location. If you’re from NE then you know which Dunks are good and this one is far from it. AVOID
PS management if your employee can’t speak or read English then please remove them from a customer facing role that requires both.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this location, but this is by far my favorite Dunkin I’ve been to! Neil and his team are awesome, always helpful and fast even during the morning rush. There’s a lovely neighborhood atmosphere and it’s always clean.

Grubhub delivery item was made wrong. Ordered ice tea not ice coffee. I came back 2hrs later after getting off work. They made my drink with no issues. Appreciate it.

OMG, the service is sooooo slow. They really should have someone who only takes orders and deals with donuts so the people who just need a ready made donut don't need to wait ages for every everybody's else's drinks to be ready first.

Do not come here in the afternoon. Person at the register seemed like they’d struggle to find their way out of an open paper bag, let alone work a register and make drinks.

No customers in the store. I made an order, the cashier took the money and went to the manager to talk about some Doordash order. Afterstaying there for 23 minutes(no other customers around) I needed to go and couldn't wait for my coffee anymore, so I asked for refund. The manager and the cashier told me that they are not gonna give me refund since it's not their fault that they had urgent issues to discuss, and my coffee will be ready in a minute. But by that time I really needed to go so I had to leave.Very confusing. The store was empty, why was it a problem(((No coffee, no money back, just wasted half an hour waiting for nothing.
