I am not sure if Dunkin changed their coffee beans, however, the coffee there just isn't good anymore. None of my local Dunkins can make an iced coffee worth buying.

The one employee was sitting in the back I had to alert him that I was standing there for more than 5 minutes. He wouldn't really respond to me or answer any of my questions. Almost useless. He made horrible drinks.

Everytime I come to this dunkin’s and the two ladies are working, everything is great. Today when I came, I ordered my breakfast and this man give me the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced here at that dunkin. He was absolutely rude, clearly miserable, and give me attitude when I told him I had ordered. Pretty much tossed my food at me and slammed my coffee on the table. Clearly he was frustrated about something but no need to take it out on your consumers.
2 people work here, a lady and a guy. When the lady covers the shift, everything is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with my order.
When the guy covers the shift, it's a Russian roulette. I've had my order messed up many times, and the last strike was making an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. It was online, so there were no excuses for miscommunication, etc.
I order everything in advance so I can grab it and go to work. I often get my order done later than people who just walk in, even tho mine was placed 10 minutes in advance.
You just lost business from me and many other colleagues of mine. Do a better job training your employees.

The service is very bad, the cashier confuses all orders and $ 11.20 was withdrawn from my card for one coffee. This is very bad, of course it is not a large amount, but it is not pleasant when you buy one coffee and pay for 3 pieces. Be careful when you buy something in this place
