Everytime I come to this dunkin’s and the two ladies are working, everything is great. Today when I came, I ordered my breakfast and this man give me the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced here at that dunkin. He was absolutely rude, clearly miserable, and give me attitude when I told him I had ordered. Pretty much tossed my food at me and slammed my coffee on the table. Clearly he was frustrated about something but no need to take it out on your consumers.

2 people work here, a lady and a guy. When the lady covers the shift, everything is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with my order.
When the guy covers the shift, it's a Russian roulette. I've had my order messed up many times, and the last strike was making an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. It was online, so there were no excuses for miscommunication, etc.
I order everything in advance so I can grab it and go to work. I often get my order done later than people who just walk in, even tho mine was placed 10 minutes in advance.
You just lost business from me and many other colleagues of mine. Do a better job training your employees.

The service is very bad, the cashier confuses all orders and $ 11.20 was withdrawn from my card for one coffee. This is very bad, of course it is not a large amount, but it is not pleasant when you buy one coffee and pay for 3 pieces. Be careful when you buy something in this place

Ordered a donut for my son and he almost swallowed what looks like to be a pointy staple.
Not sure who to blame, corporate or the store, but this is dangerous. Step up the quality control!
Other than that, it’s was decent Dunkies location with friendly workers.

All the workers are friendly here, but this is the second time I’ve received a “decaf” coffee that is caffeinated. I get heart palpitations and high blood pressure from caffeine and have to make medicine to calm it down. I can tell the difference between decaf and caffeinated based on how my body reacts. If they don’t have any decaf I’d rather they just tell me so I wouldn’t have to go through this. If anyone reading this is sensitive to caffeine like I am, please be careful at this location.
