I have been waiting over 2 hours for an order. This is ridiculous. I called and was told the driver was on the way. I live within a few miles of the establishment, and it should not be taking this long to bring an order over.I will update as things progress.

The only good thing about this place is the person cooking your food and the taste of the food. Otherwise the service is awful, the woman yell and are obnoxious, they order the "fried rice" for you and it's $2.50 more a person - so be ready to pay that without having a choice. Also, DO NOT expect to eat or even sit when your reservation is booked for. We had a reservation for 9 at 6:45 and didn't sit until 8:00!! Do not sit at the the table by the bar because all you do is move in so the women yelling can get by to another table. The whole experience took away from the taste of the food. Lastly, God forbid you "request" something, they call you "Rich, so why does it matter, just pay" Please, there are so many hibachi's around, if you want to celebrate or even just have a nice dinner with friends or family, DO NOT EAT HERE!

Don’t go to this place if you want your food right when you order! Be expected to wait at least an hour and a half for your food. DO NOT book a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night. They are Severely understaffed and can’t keep up with the orders. The manager is very disrespectful and expects her customers to wait over an hour for their food. She was yelling at us and blaming us because we wouldn’t be patient with out food. Please read this before you decide to eat at this restaurant. The service is AWFUL!

I was discriminated against by my delivery driver. I was told that I was not disabled and that I was just lazy and didn't want to walk down a long driveway to meet the driver. I live in an apartment and have difficulty at times with standing.I was leaning up against my doorframe just to be able to support myself while I spoke with the woman.After I got back inside, I tried contacting the restaurant and was yelled at and told that they were too busy to hear my report.I will be taking action against this establishment for the discrimination.

This was one of the worst experiences. There was one waitress one cook for hibachi. We had a reservation at 7. Didn’t sit down until 7:30 didn’t get served until 8:30 and didn’t eat until 9:45. Worst service I have ever had.

We've been going to Edamame for years and it's always a very fun and satisfying experience. The quality of the hibachi food is high and consistent. The sushi rolls are creative and tasty. The staff hustle and are always friendly and grateful for your patronage. Well doneKid-friendliness: Kids love the hibachi show!
If I could give 0 stars I would they messed up my order for the 3rd time and instead of handling the mistake they insisted I was wrong. I will never be going back here again it is a SHAME. I spent money on a hibachi dinner and got no rice for almost $40 it was a waste.
