Amount of food is sufficient for birds, biggest rip off ever. I had to get another lunch order elsewhere after. Save yourself a trip

Choose your style of bread (eg pita, wrap, none/bowl) fillings, and toppings. Wide variety of options, self-serve fountain beverages.

Very disappointed. Between the pictures and the reality there is a huge difference, tiny portions, meat almost inexistante in the plates, you will need a microscope to find it. The meat was cold and dry. The kids sandwich is a joke. Will never go back even for free.

The food isn’t bad but the employees are terrible. While we were eating a lady was washing the floor when wasn’t even close to closing time. We were already inside sitting when my son fell due to the wet floor. The guy with a ponytail wasn’t even concerned he looked at us like it was our fault. I should’ve called my lawyer on you people. Make sure you treat your clients better. No wonder why the place is aways empty.

This is chipotle of Mediterranean food. I tried spicy chicken with the veggies, however I did not taste much flavor in the food. Overall the food is okay for me?

Food was delicious, good quality ingredients. Personel were friendly. The place has terrible acoustics; we were the only two customers there at the time (~7pm), and it was loud and uncomfortable for us. The music was fine, but it was drowned by industrial noises (e.g. the fridge's loud compressor, some HVAC extractor, a fume hood). I would not return for a dine-in, only take-out. Metal utensils, ceramic plates, and general wares were nice.

This place is SUCH a gem, I hope they never close down. The staff is incredible (special shoutout to Wawa!) - they're super friendly and generous with portions. Food is always spectacular and fresh, 11/10. My favorites are the gyro and falafel bowls, and I love the wide variety of toppings that are offered. I don't know why anyone wastes their time & money at the nearby Chipotle when this place is LIGHTYEARS better in every way.

Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian-friendly options! Really great fresh falafel or veggie/mushroom bowls with a wide variety of vegetarian toppings.

My sister and I have been coming here for lunch for few years now. We were here for the opening and the staff was so nice and gave us free falafel. This is healthy fast Mediterranean food. Def

I would highly recommend a plate vs stuffed pita. The stuffed pita came with excess rice and less vegetables/ meat. So I felt like eating a whole bowl of rice and as it comes stuffed, there is no way you could remove the rice. It tasted good.

Very bland food . Lady at counter did not give chili flakes or Tabasco even though I asked - it was right there in front. Had ordered a hummus & pita .

I have eaten here about 6 times now (because it's so close) and it seems hit or miss depending on the freshness of the ingredients.Food:The food is packed into the bowls and they're VERY full, which is always welcome when it seems like these assembly-line styled food places keep giving you less and less. I almost always get the falafel here and it's unfortunately hit or miss depending on how recently it was fried. If I get there and they fry a new batch, they're incredible. If they've been sitting for who knows how long, they're pretty bad, to the point where I most likely won't finish them.Service:The service is phenomenal (all the staff is really nice) and they'll give you additional toppings/ingredients if it's not enough on the first scoop (spicy hummus and tabbouleh are my go-tos).I think the meat looks meh and haven't ordered it since my first visit. If I could recommend one thing to the business, it would be to just fry the falafels as they're ordered. It usually takes 1-2min and I don't mind waiting that extra time to get fresh fried falafels.

Vegetarian options: You're able to get falafel as a vegetarian option. This also makes it a vegan option as well.

Parking: Plenty of free parking on the street, which are usually 15min, but that's perfectly fine for takeout. There's a large parking structure above that is free and has hundreds of spots, and has EV chargers (paid L2 Charge Point).

Let me begin with a firm, "NOPE!" What. A. Ripoff! I ordered a plate with some cucumber salad, hummus, rice, roasted vegetables, chicken, and 5 (very small) pieces of falafel. Each component was about 1/8 to 1/4 cup. I'd give the quality and flavor an enthusiastic "meh" at best. I also got a 20 oz diet Coke. Now, if you guessed that this would cost you $21.99--not including tip--then you would be correct, you wizard you. I legit thought I heard them wrong. The place is fine enough...it's giving Chipotle vibes...which is exactly where you should go. (No, really, it's like three doors down.) Finally, if you are craving some real-deal falafel, etc. go directly to Shwarma King in Brookline--the same amount of money gets you fed, and it's all kinds of good.
