There are giant rats living in and around the building , there’s 3 dumpsters out back and ray traps placed all around the neighborhood. And even the next block and down the street… it’s a shame see used to eat there all the time.. Im afraid of the filth that rats carry.. someone needs to do something about it..
RESPONSE: see I rated everything a 4 for your food and whatnot , I did see pest control today, glad you’re trying to take care of the problem, I’ll change my overall to a 2*. but you obviously can’t deny the rat problem, and that the dumpsters and food don’t play a big role in the issue. It is what it is.. they’re everywhere around here.

Just went in to get a sandwich before going to work. Had to wait over 15, close to 20 minutes just to get my sandwich and I was the only person there. It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. I had planned to eat there but I could literally see my breath while I was waiting. Drove down the street and opened my meatball sandwich and it was stone cold. No plans of ever going back.
