Employees made effort to make me feel welcomed, showed me how rewards app works. I took break , but went back 11/30/25 Great Turkey regular subs but disappointed only 4 pickles on each sub , instead of 8 pickles.

Decent subs and food. But takes forever to get food. Any mobile orders are always shoved in front of an in person order. And there might be three people working, but only one doing hot work for example. And they may or may not start your food.
This seems to be a growing trend at most Jersey Mike’s locations in MA over the past year.

Portabella cheese steak is okay. Chicken salad sub is pretty good.
I'm a door dash driver and I just need to share my experience with this location on Monday July 14 around 120 pm. I received an order and it took me about ten minutes to get to the restaurant. When I got there the orders hadn't even been started and there were no customers in the store. It took them 25 minutes to make three subs. The staff must have been new and were working in slow motion. I'm usually very chill and have no issue when the restaurant is busy but the person making the sandwiches was visibly not happy to be there. Both employees and management needs to understand that even though they get paid by the hour the door dash drivers get paid by the order and carelessness on the employees gets taken out of our pockets. I could have completed an entire other delivery in the time it took them to make the food. Door dash orders make up a great portion of their orders and I would hope they would have even the slightest sense of urgency to get the food out of the door.

Love jersey Mikes in general - but this location specifically had the best customer service on 06/07 around 6:00 PM. There’s a closer location in Brighton but will drive the extra couple minutes to come back.

If you want your food at the time they say it will be ready, this isn’t the location for you. Ordered 2 sandwiches and it took an hour for me to get them. This isn’t a one-off problem either. This is the third time this has happened at this location, and not in a condensed time-frame. I’d rather drive to the Brighton location, just so I can get my food in under an hour.
