Wonderful place, the hostess is very nice, the portions are very small so prepare for about 2 or 3 per
person if you are not going for tapas but of exceptional quality and the
Service is top notch, the best in Boston

Unfortunately the service was not the best, they don't have a hostess therefore you don't know if you have a table or how long it can be to get one. We waited for half an hour and left as we didn't see any opportunity to get a table or have a time line. The restaurant seemed nice and the food should be nice as it was full

No notice on their website or social media that they were closed for vacation. Just a paper sign on the door. Would’ve been a total waste of our evening dinner plans if we hadn’t gone to Olespana down the street. Do yourself a favor and get (an amazing!) dinner there instead of a place like Bodega that can’t even post their hours properly.
The food was wonderful, and the waiter was very helpful. Our dinner was more than just eating... it felt like an event.

I think this is the best restaurant in Watertown and one of the best in the Boston area. Every time we go, we aren’t disappointed. Great cocktails and unique wine selection. Get the kale salad, beef milanesa, and steak. And don’t pass up the bread pudding for dessert. Love the atmosphere, especially at the bar. Great spot
for a date night or somewhere to bring visitors who just like good food.
Make sure to call ahead for a reservation, it’s a small place!

My wife and I love this gem of a place. We hosted our baby shower here and often visit here to celebrate our anniversary and other important family moments. Analia and Gabriel the owners are so wonderful, genuine, and accommodating, it’s almost like being welcomed into someone’s private home. The grilled octopus was the best I’ve ever had, the corn soup raises the bar, and the roasted duck is so worth reserving ahead. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

The staff at La Bodega includes the proprietors, I think is a piece of the stellar results!
The food, drinks and service are above and beyond! They make you feel like family that is being well cared for. I love the food, always a little different and if they have their duck, get it! Unless you are a vegetarian, then get all the yummy veg, including gazpacho, beet salad, the squash which I LOVE!
Don’t forget to get a cocktail or mocktail!
Thank you team Salts/La Bodega, Annalia and Gabriel!

The more nasty owner lady in the world, bad attitude, expensive and one hour there for got the food. Remember Ana? Teresa? Mmmmm take documents? Why ? People pay here for everything. Remember that .

We went to an early graduation dinner for my daughter, receiving her masters degree, myself and my granddaughter. When the hostess (owners wife) saw my 3 year old granddaughter, she did not want to seat us. She took us to the kitchen and said when she cries, you can take her in here. Once we were seated she immediately removed her utensils, water glass, napkin and bread plate. My granddaughter eats with an open water glass and utensils every day. The hostess was beyond rude to us. She completely ruined my daughter’s celebration and given her demeanour, I believe she is mentally ill. We asked what her policy was on bringing children and she said “there is no policy but get a babysitter “. This was supposed to be a 5 pm celebration for our family and we could t have felt more unwelcome and harassed by this woman. Beware. Food is NOT THAT GOOD to deserve being abused by her.
