New Ginza in Watertown is one of my go-to spots for authentic Japanese food. The hot stone bibimbap with beef is an absolute must-try—it comes sizzling and packed with flavor. I also love their Crazy Samba Maki, which is fresh and beautifully presented. Their scallion pancakes and pan-fried gyoza are great appetizers, and the hibachi is always a hit with its perfectly cooked meats and veggies.
The service is consistently good, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is welcoming and comfortable. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great dining experience!
