I've been through a lot of panera's. And this one has the same food that's all of them but this place is really designed for takeout there are a few seats but they're high tops and it's really not designed for sit down. This is specifically designed to pick up and go. The services always good and fast here. Actually faster than most of the sit down ones. Pretty friendly accommodating staff.

Hardly any chicken (ordered double), barely any sauce, and the whole thing just looks… sad lol Kinda feels like they tossed in scraps and toasted it 2 times over. The first time i ordered it right before breakfast was ending so i thought they just were being lazy. Second time ordering this time at 8am and it's even worse. Overall lame tiny location with portions that are also lame and tiny. This was $8

Seems I paid just for the bread instead of a sandwich! The other locations give you a sandwich with decent amount of stuff in it.
I could not find avocados as supposed to be. Just some prices of chicken and one piece of red pepper!!!!!

This is one of the better locations. The staff is very nice and they make your food right. There’s no tables, just a few bar seats but for takeout this is a go to Panera location

Stopped by for a quick lunch with a colleague and was disappointed to see they had no baked goods with the exception of bagels. I kindly brought this to the employee's attention and immediately informed me they indeed have cookies. Ernesto apologized for the incorrect display and immediately rectified the situation. In spite of being short staffed.

Morning crew was very upbeat & friendly.
It's very small and compact. Do other customers a favor and get your food to-go lol

Reviews and descriptions here seem to apply to old Arsenal location. It's now a tiny, tiny drop-by pick-up place near the Arsenal/Mt. Auburn intersection, with limited parking, a few stool-seats and otherwise a computer-driven order fullfilment kiosk. Menu is more limited than some other places. Recommend you look at on-line menu before you commit to going there.

Parking: Just 3-4 spots dedicated to those picking-up

My go to meal from work is always the spicy chicken fiesta. Love this new inclusion.
