“Best poke bowl I’ve had between Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville. Great ratio of fish and toppings to rice (not too much rice, finally!!). I really appreciated that every single ingredient on the self-ordering kiosk was labeled gluten free or not — seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. The mango milk tea was also delicious. Service was quick and friendly. I will absolutely be back.“

“The best poke bowl in Massachusetts. You can add pineapple without paying extra for it. One additional avocado is 1.50; they serve you well and they do not rip you off like in Boston. You pay the same price you would pay in Boston for a better quality bowl here.“

“Stopped for an early dinner on a Friday night, and built my own bowl. The salmon and tuna were very fresh and tasty. The toppings were generous and great quality. Portions were generous. Service was friendly and helpful. Very good experience overall. Would definitely come back again.“

“I only visited to quiet 🤫 hunger pangs, the unauthorized sequel to Games 🎯, and I was short on time. The Furikake Mac Salad appetizer looked good, the ingredients read okay, and the price is right ▶️! It tasted good and held me over till dinner.
Service was good. I was given a smile. I ordered at the self checkout screen.
I am curious about their items on the menu. They have multiple locations and I am going to recommend this one.
There is a dining area in the center of the market.
Garlic 🧄 Spam Musubi? I hope Vikings do not show up!“

“Pretty sure they’ve closed their doors, but this used to be my go-to spot for poke in Allston.
The appeal was simple. They were incredibly generous with the protein. They never skimped on the fish, and both the spicy salmon and tuna were consistently solid.
My only gripe was their aggressive edamame ratio. By default, they’d load the bowl with an insane amount of beans, which completely threw off the flavor balance. I eventually developed a ritual of picking most of them out before even taking a first bite. Easier than remembering to ask them to leave it off I suppose.“

“So happy you are in Melrose! My 7 yo son just inhaled a plate of poke nachos and insisted that I post a 5-star review. Love introducing him to new flavor combinations. We’ve also enjoyed the spicy tuna bowl and the beef bowl. Absolutely delicious!“

“I got take out poke bowls and they were both really delicilious. I got my partner the ahi tuna bowl on salad. He said it was really tasty, but the salad was just big chunks of lettuce and not cut up quite right. That was the only negative remark. I got a build your own bowl with tofu and shrimp tempura with corn, seaweed salad, avocado, and edamame with spicy mayo. It was SO GOOD! The person behind the counter was so nice. I will absolutely be back often.
The inside might not look super fancy and what not, but it's worth the try.“

“Sushi Today, is by far my favorite place to order form during quarantine. I ordered from them before quarantine whenever I would babysit for my neighbors. Even though a lot of places are busy and haven't gotten my orders wrong, sushi today has not disappointed me yet. Sushi Today is the only place I will ever order sushi from. They make eel avocado rolls, which are surprisingly rare and hard to find when looking for take-out. Overall the accuracy, taste, and packaging of my orders from Sushi Today have been awesome.“

“Small space with decent bar & stool seating that is filled with a heavenly aroma. Decent prices for a huge bowl of Ramen. The chicken Ramen has shredded chicken which was as fresh as the bok choy & mushrooms. Everything was tasty down to the broth. The cook/server was quiet sure but very polite. This is food that cures all matters of the soul.“

“Deluxe Sashimi Platter ⭐️ It was great! It's really fresh and there are a lot of varieties, except for the sea urchin, which is a bit fishy Octopus Carpaccio ⭐️ The seasoning is very refreshing and the octopus is very chewy, I love it Torched Japanese Scallop ⭐️ It was very light, I couldn't really taste the seasoning, but it was very tender Unagi Don ⭐️ A friend ordered this. Gyu Don + Onsen Egg ⭐️ The beef is very juicy and the onsen egg is very flavorful“

“Came here to try the new bubble tea line. The new favors were brown sugar, ube milk, Thai milk and matcha milk . We also grabbed the Fenway special and spicy Hawaiian. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The drinks were all Delicious. They came with matcha boba balls and brown sugar boba balls. My favorite definitely the ube milk. The Fenway Special was so spectacular. All the ingredients just went well together. The spicy mayo was definitely clutch on it. The spicy Hawaiian was a well balance of flavors and textures. It's a bit pricey but worth every penny for the quality. Definitely, will be back to get my poke bowl fix.“

“SO GOOD! This is one of our favorite local takeout spots and we can’t get enough of it. It’s the kind of food you could eat every day for the rest of your life and you’d still be amazed how good it is every time you eat it. Just insanely fresh ingredients -especially the fish- and sauces that will change your mind on ingredients you didn’t even think you liked. I don’t usually like mayo and I could eat their pineapple aeoli by the spoonful. My girlfriend and I have tried all the different proteins and still can’t pick a favorite but we always add the garlic edamame salad and avocado with sesame seeds and black lava salt sprinkled on top.“

“The atmosphere is very pleasant and the food is delicious. But the service was very poor, from the woman who prepared my bowl to the one at the cash register; they were extremely unfriendly. I even checked to see if it was close to closing time to understand why they were all so grumpy.“
