Ordered the spicy ahi tuna and spicy salmon in a bowl on monday through doordash. Got the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had in my life monday night. Was up all night vomiting. I had a fever the next day, I couldnt eat or function normally for two days and could hardly move. I called the manager and they just offered me more of their food...??? No refund or anything.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and the food is delicious. But the service was very poor, from the woman who prepared my bowl to the one at the cash register; they were extremely unfriendly. I even checked to see if it was close to closing time to understand why they were all so grumpy.

Fresh ingredients and very clean place. Whoever I kindly explained to the staff that I did not know how the system works (how do you build your dish) and when it came the time to choose the sauce I just heard them repetating more and more angry "here" pointing to the sauce sings in front of the vegetables. I did not know what they meant (I thought they meant the vegetables).
Their English is poor (like mine), and it was very hard to understand them.
They were rude and impatient. I was alone by the counter, so no other customers were in line.
It was not a pleasant experience.
