My husband and I went there on 3/11/25 between 6pm & 7pm. Although it wasn’t our first time, the server wasn’t friendly at all, which was surprising because service is usually okay. To be specific it was a Caucasian lady mid 30s brunette very talkative and honestly a bit loud, it’s a small place. She was very stand off ish with us… she can’t be older than 39/40yrs old. Brought our plates and literally dropped them at the end of our table instead of putting them nicely in front of us. Her attitude was so bad I was afraid of having my ginger-ale, when she brought it to me. At the end, I ask her when she has a chance to please bring me a to go box, she then switched server to a nice man with beard, and I was totally okay with that. I look forward to being nice to people, who especially handles my food but that day her service was unnecessary, and uncalled for…almost like she wasn’t afraid of being unpleasant at all. Thanks to the nice bearded server, your kindness was appreciated!

Ritcey is a hidden gem of Watertown! Delicious comfort food, friendly staff, and a super inclusive atmosphere. We've visited nearly a dozen times since discovering a few months ago, and always look forward to the next visit. I dream about the mac & cheese!

The food and the drinks were delicious! they have a fun drink and food menu. We had a hard time deciding what we wanted because everything sounded so good. We got the Private dancer cocktail and it was super tasty. We decided on the Kickin Chicken sandwich but made it buffalo and the Mini Mac. perfectly cooked and large portions!

Great place across the board! You are welcomed by smiling, super nice staff and a game table! The music in the background is awesome! The drinks are creative and tasty and the food is super yummy! It was a highly enjoyable experience for our family! We will definitely be back! Molly was our waitress and she was super great!

Family from out of town were so hungry, they gobbled too fast for a photo but I captured this one. As usual, Ritcey East delivered a phenomenal meal with impeccable service. Our go-to neighborhood restaurant for comforting and delicious food.

went here for takeout a few weeks ago. staff were really friendly and helped me immediately when i walked in. the food was good, large portion sizes, and there were even some tasty vegetarian options. the place was a little cramped, but it had a more cozy feel to it. there were several games that diners could bring to their tables, too, which was a nice touch

What a great experience my wife and kids had at Ritcey East last night. There were card and board games to keep families busy, the food and drinks were delicious, and the wait staff was always available when needed. We will be sure to return when we are back in the area to this hidden gem in Watertown!
