UPDATE - This issue has been resolved on 12/27. While it shouldn't have taken a month, I am happy with the outcome.
I ordered a thanksgiving kit ($160). The turkey, mashed potatoes and squash were fine but both stuffing containers had mold. My guest noticed it, which was extremely embarrassing. Stuffing is a huge part of the meal but it was too late to make any. I got a survey from Roche Bros and filled it out immediately. I have not received a response.

This was advertised as a "BONELESS PORK CENTER CUT PORK ROAST"; however, upon conducting a perfunctory glance through the packaging, it was clear that it had bones and was not a roast. This was fine, as I could make do with bone-in pork chops, but c'mon -- how careless does one have to be to make such an obvious mistake?

This Roche Bros location offers great quality food and pastries. Their gluten-free cakes are a standout and a favorite in our household! I’d love to see even more gluten-free options added to their selection🥰. Keep up the excellent work!

Store isn't open and ready for service during stated business hours, which sucks for the working residents who live upstairs. They seem to have a hard time staffing their cafe, which makes it almost unusable.

Good place has local grocers tomatoes and sells local produce. Friendly young polite Latin people at registers make shopping more enjoyable knowing you don’t face some weirdo pissed off to ring you up at the register really makes this place nice. It’s an experience. I get it no one loves there job but the shopping for food feels better with a polite person at the register and this place nailed it. Bravo
Nice little store. We didn’t know it was there. It has pretty much everything you need. It is very neat/organized. We will definitely shop there again.

Live near this store and have mobility challenges, so started dropping in. Love the scale and layout. Today did a big shop as in several days worth of groceries. Very nice staff in each department and on the floor generally - all helpful and nice to interact with. The two cashiers that checked me out were lovely. Yes you pay for quality, convenience, cleanliness, assistance, good stock, local sources, etc. I would like to make this our store. We've literally gone to every type of grocery store over the past several months between Watertown, Newton, Waltham, and more. Pleasantly surprised by how well we did here today and grateful for a positive customer experience so close to home. I found many favorite brands, many are local. Got prepared and uncooked fish, meats, veggies, supplies - you name it. Love a staff that knows their store and enjoys their job. It shows. Gotta keep an eye on the specials to make it work for us. Overall, very pleased. Love to support local businesses.
