Whenever I’m craving a cheat meal, Shake Shack is my go to! The burgers at this location always hit a little extra, and I never leave feeling weighed down or needing a nap. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Collin Hennessy, he turned a bad experience into a good one! I went in about a week or two ago, and I was given the wrong order and by the time I realized it was too late to fix it. I called him the same night and I got a phone call the next day from him. He looked at my order, told me to come back to the store and he would take care of that. I went back, and I was taken care of. Food was excellent. I stopped visiting this location about 4 months ago because the food quality had decreased. But, I think they resolved this because the last few times I've been in the food has been on point.

There was a long wait for the staff to bag my items after they were ready. Also, They just bagged the items and put them on the counter without calling my name.
Poor customer service. I had an online order and when I got there, my food was ready but no one helped me with pick up.
