Interesting place. All automatic ordering machines except 1 were malfunctioning today, so there was a long wait line for the one that still worked. Tried to order in person, but no menu anywhere except the seasoning specials. When I asked for a menu, was told that it’s the same as always nothing changed. LOL super helpful for someone who doesn’t order here often.

Hands down the best Shake Shack in Boston!
I visited on February 7, 2026 around 1 PM, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team made sure the environment was spotlessly clean, and the food quality was top-tier.
I ordered the double Korean Shack Burger, and wow!!! the patties were incredibly juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I’ve had at Shake Shack.
What really stood out was the service. The staff came by to check if we received all our food, which shows how much they care. The entire team delivered five star service.
It was snowing outside, yet everyone still showed up with great attitudes and provided extraordinary service and food. Seriously, this whole team deserves a raise! they’ve earned it!
Highly recommend this location. I’ll definitely be back 🙌🍔 it’s ridiculous they only have 3.8 stars reviews, they deserve 5 stars

SUPER LONG WAIT. Ordered online at 5:34 PM and waited over 90 minutes. By 7:10 PM the order still wasn’t ready, and had to cancel. Very disappointing experience.

Whenever I’m craving a cheat meal, Shake Shack is my go to! The burgers at this location always hit a little extra, and I never leave feeling weighed down or needing a nap. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service. Employees don’t pay attention to pick up area and allow others to skip the line/wait and no apologies given.
