Shake Shack Arsenal Yards

Isaiah is amazing, he always severs my food and make sure I’m comfortable. I love how he greets people when they come to the restaurant. Isaiah keep up the great work… ❤️

Solid shake shack. Nothing spectacular, but it's always quick consistent service.

I usually have great experiences with Shake Shack, but this visit fell short. When I arrived, there was no one at the register, and even though there was no line, I waited about 10 minutes just to place my order. The staff wasn’t communicating at all—no greeting, no update, nothing—just silence while I stood there unsure of what was going on.

Once someone finally came to the counter and took my order, I asked for a lemonade—which then took another 10 minutes to be prepared. There were no other customers waiting, so the delay was frustrating and didn’t make sense.

To make matters worse, the lemonade tasted very odd and old. I was devastated because I came in really looking forward to a great food experience. I’m truly disappointed in you, Shake

Isaiah was super friendly and came over and greeted us. He showed us amazing customer service. The burger was also amazing

Don’t waste your time ordering from here they get the order wrong. They sent a burger that was bigger than the paper that the little sandwich comes in. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonald’s and order a cheeseburger.

I usually get burgers at shake shack twice a week but after this experience I had to rethink about getting anything from shake shack ever again. I thought shake shack was supposed to be a premium burger brand but they be using old/bad avocados on my burger I feel sick every time I think about it.

Ordered its with door dash. I ordered at 6:59 pm got it at 7:45 pm. Chicken and fries were cold. Chicken was not a full piece. It was 1/2 the bun, not like the picture on line. Stick to burgers.

25 minute wait for a burger and a chicken sandwich. Wasn’t even that busy inside. Other customers were clearly complaining too.

Stop hiring mentally challenged people with language barriers. I told the cashier my name. (Travis) like 8 times and he’s still saying “huh” i eventually left and went to Harvard square. I speak perfectly good English so if you don’t speak perfectly good English I don’t think you should work here. At the very least you should not be a cashier

I’ve ordered a bacon cheeseburger from here probably 10 times. TWICE the burger came with bacon. It’s literally in the name….the place is also very dirty if you want to eat inside

The service was really bad, only one of the workers actually helped. They all are talking and on their phones. We order and they took around 20 minutes to give us our order. Horrible service.
