Two girls were bullying a training employee. making faces, laughing and rolling their eyes behind his back. and they would snap at him continuously. Honestly it broke me to see grown women acting like middle school bullies. I don’t know how he was remaining so kind and helpful through all that. Middle school is over grow up.

Oct2022: 4⭐: I would recommend visiting this location if you are shopping in the location. I was in the department store shopping and came across this location. Some of my family members decided to try the specialty drinks. I got tea, they each selected a coffee of some kind. They were happy to receive the drink and enjoyed the beverage. We are on vacation in the area and selected some pastries as well. The personnel were fine during our visit. The drinks and pastries were pretty good too.

Never had a Starbucks mess up my drink so badly. Ordering a simple pumpkin spice latte, no modifications. It cost over $6 for a grande, half was whipped cream, and they forgot to add the pumpkin sauce.

Wait can be long but my barista did a great job with my drink! He put a frappuccino lid on my cold brew to fit extra pumpkin foam in top—I really appreciated that!

So happy to find this store! Fresh, premium quality, nice variety of nuts, dried fruits, chocolates, and homemade candies. Things are a bit on the expensive side, but worth it once in a while.

bad experience I arrived 25 minutes early and they didn't give me what I wanted. He told me if I accepted a cold coffee and I accepted and they gave me a bad coffee that was too iced and without sugar.
