Clean, quick and friendly service on a Sunday morning. I’ve visited this location for a few years now and the Starbucks app still has the WRONG pin on the map but the right street address.

Every drink I got for my friends and I was messed up, I have never experienced this at another Starbucks location before!
At the Arsenal Yards Starbucks location, I have observed a concerning lack of respect towards customers, particularly those with disabilities. During my recent visit, I purchased a latte at the Newtown Starbucks and was denied water at the Arsenal Yards location when I requested it. The reason provided was that I needed to purchase something else.
As a customer who frequents this Starbucks location and has been in retail for over seven years, I find it difficult to reconcile the treatment I have received with the standards of customer service that Starbucks should uphold. It is unacceptable to treat customers in this manner, especially those with disabilities.
I believe that Starbucks has failed in its responsibility to provide exceptional customer service by not adequately training its employees in customer service etiquette and how to treat individuals with disabilities.

Good seating area and they fulfill orders super quickly.
I visited the Starbucks in Watertown and had a wonderful customer experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel truly welcomed. I also tried the soda with cherry flavor — it was delicious and refreshing! Everything was clean and well organized. I’ll definitely come back again!

Horrible experience never complain but it took 10 minutes and 10 dollars to get a medium black americano and a plain bagel that made was made with no washed hands nor gloves on hand their hands all over my bagel as they bagged 5 others customers food and then put my coffee down with there hand completely covering the top of my coffee whew im supposed to put my mouth that was a black americano that I waited 10 minutes for with almost no other orders. After waiting and seeing my drink and food handled my bare hands I threw my things in the trash and left. Not coming back here sorry

This is my favorite Starbucks! Mario is incredibly kind and considerate about my severe nut allergy. I’ve never had an issue with my allergy at this Starbucks as Mario takes great care to get a clean shaker / make any adjustments to the drinks!
Lots of tables and natural light makes it a great place to work too.

I visited twice. On my first visit, a regular customer came in wearing pajamas and slippers. A bit odd, but okay. The next day, he showed up at the same time, in the same outfit. There was a line to order, but he went straight to the pickup line to announce his presence. The barista took his order while I stood at the counter, waiting, as if I didn’t exist. I guess this is how things work here. Starbucks’ unspoken motto: “If you’re a regular and look like you just rolled out of bed, you get priority service to help wake you up.
I had a great experience at Arsenal store recently, thanks to a wonderful employee. I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong store , but when I explained it at the right location, he made my coffee without any fuss. His friendly and understanding attitude turned a potential hassle into a pleasant moment. He made my drink perfectly and wished me a great day. This act of kindness really stood out and made my day better. Ps : After updating iOS, the Starbucks app will sign you out and clear your saved preferences, so be sure to update your app and sign in again , double-check that you've selected the correct store.
