I love Stella’s Pizza. Their style of pizza is the kind that I crave the most. The crust of the 18” thin and crispy pizza is exactly what I like. I moved from Watertown a few years ago and there are four pizzerias right next to my home… but I still bypass all of them and go out of my way to make special trips to Stella’s to get my favorite pizza.
I’ve been going to Stella’s Pizza for 55 years. Mike’s Uncle and Aunt it back in the 60’s and then Mike bought the place. Now there are new owners who promised to keep the recipe exactly the same with their traditional thin crust.
I just had a cheese pizza (tomato sauce and cheese); simple and classic, and it was
delicious! I ate 5 large slices and I do not feel full. The crust was thin and chewy and the sauce was outstanding.
