Honestly we were so excited and drove fast to make it before closure 10 pm, we got there at 9:35, and it was already closed, they didnt Let us in :(? Dont advertise hours you cant respect plz
I got the maple glazed brussels + chicken bowl today and there was a sharp chicken bone mixed in with my food. I threw the whole meal away because I didn't feel safe eating it, not knowing what else might be in there that shouldn't be.
I ordered through Grubhub, so maybe stuff got lost in my order notes, but I didn't get the dressing mixed in as I requested.

What happened to SG?? Nowadays it's a total scam, the app photos must have a TikTok filter bc the real product is NOT IT. I used to love the roasted sweet potato chunks, but apparently they have been replaced with slivers of sweet potato that are as thin as pickles?! Then I was excited to get the maple brussel sprouts which were extra charge and insead I was given a pile of burned bits, it's PATHETIC, they weren't even close to closing.
The last two warm grain bowls I got were incredibly light and I finished them in one sitting which never happens, I usually only eat small frequent meals. There's just no substance to these bowls anymore! I'm so upset corporate greed has ruined another great idea. Do better Sweetgreen!

Ordered from DoorDash from this specific location on two separate occasions: a miso salmon bowl, and the salmon was missing both times! Tried getting in contact with the store and it’s an automated person that goes in circles directing you to text messages or going on the website. No real person to talk to.
Takeout order: These were the tortilla chips to use to dip in the hummus. : ( I honestly wanted to cry.

This is usually a great place. My go to sometimes, but recently they've cut back on the food. I ordered double portions and got the same amount just spread out. I notified them and I got a shoulder shrug, guess I won't be back what a waste of money. Don't order online ! ! !

Crispy Rice Bowl for lunch & it was prepared perfectly. The size of the bowl was huge but I ate it all because it was so good! Staff was helpful & friendly.

I ordered the new caramelized steak salad and it was exceptionally disappointed to see a burnt steak. The picture on the website depicted a steak that was medium rare, but this cow died just get cremated on my salad. They need to do better because this quality is not worth $16 a meal. I think I'll go back to their chicken kale salads and avoid their steak anything.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a bowl online and picked it up. When I got home I was extremely disappointed with the amount of food I was given. Not only are the actual bowls half the size they used to be...but whoever made my bowl was extremely stingy with the quantity of food (it didnt even cover the bottom of the bowl. Sweetgreen used to be great (and a good value). Not anymore. I will not be returning.
