I've been eating SweetGreen for years, and have always loved the quality, taste, and portion size for the price. This Watertown location gives the smallest portion size, and it just doesn't seem up to par. I've ordered several times now, and they consistently give small portions. It's a shame because it's a convenience location with easy parking and other shops in the area.

Order through Uber Eats and the tamper proof seals were opened. Uber won’t refund and can’t reach anyone at store. Do not order from here or you will get food not safe to eat and still have to pay

I used the app to order a custom bowl online and the staff prepared it before the set time which was nice. Although the portion seemed a little small compared to other sweetgreen bowls I've gotten in other stores.

I love the salads there, so I visit often, however a younger man in his 20s served me the last time & I explained no dairy as I have a dairy allergy so I said no cheese, but he didn't listen or maybe he didn't understand English. He put cheese on my salad & he almost put creamy dressing until I said stop no dairy balsamic dressing. He didn't seem to understand my request.

I would just avoid this place but especially for take out/delivery. They don’t care. Got a hot honey chicken bowl with no chicken or slaw, and a salmon bowl with raw salmon, no sauce nor avocado. It’s really just a waste of food. Forget about the money, this is inedible.
