Honestly we were so excited and drove fast to make it before closure 10 pm, we got there at 9:35, and it was already closed, they didnt Let us in :(? Dont advertise hours you cant respect plz

I ordered the new caramelized steak salad and it was exceptionally disappointed to see a burnt steak. The picture on the website depicted a steak that was medium rare, but this cow died just get cremated on my salad. They need to do better because this quality is not worth $16 a meal. I think I'll go back to their chicken kale salads and avoid their steak anything.

Was visiting my family in watertown and decided to stop by for a quick lunch . Great atmosphere felt warm and inviting, the employees were also quite friendly. Food was great, had the caramalized garlic steak wich was balanced and tasty . Overall i would visit again and im a new fan of Sweetgreens .
