I used the app to order a custom bowl online and the staff prepared it before the set time which was nice. Although the portion seemed a little small compared to other sweetgreen bowls I've gotten in other stores.

I love the salads there, so I visit often, however a younger man in his 20s served me the last time & I explained no dairy as I have a dairy allergy so I said no cheese, but he didn't listen or maybe he didn't understand English.
He put cheese on my salad & he almost put creamy dressing until I said stop no dairy balsamic dressing. He didn't seem to understand my request.
