I can't say I'm a fan. I've been here a few times, and tonight I ordered for delivery through Uber Eats as well.
I've tried their many different types of boba. Their regular boba is inconsistent. Their white boba, blue boba, and dragonfruit boba are just squishy with no chew. They get two stars though, because the employees are very friendly.
Tonight, I ordered three teas, and only received two, and Uber Eats did not make me whole. Was it this place's fault? Most definitely. They sent my order out in a bag that only fit two drinks, so it's not like the Uber Eats driver stole the third one.
And the worst part of all, is that the menu shows the Strawberry Green Tea as having fresh strawberries in the picture. What I received was freeze dried bits of sadness. Frozen would have been fine too.

Atmosphere here is great! I go every weekend to this location after rowing on the Charles. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are very kind! The boba tea is delicious- I recommend the grapefruit green tea or milk tea which are both refreshing. The grapefruit green tea is especially perfectly sweet! I personally like this location over newbury street.

I wish I could leave a higher review but this place is just not consistent. One day I’ll come in and I’ll get an amazing drink, the next, I’ll get a drink thats missing a part of the order. I think out of the last 5 orders I’ve placed, they’ve all been missing a part of the order. It’s really frustrating, especially when you’re paying for extra items like foam, boba and other extras.
Lastly, every time I walk into that shop, it takes me 2-5 minutes before any employee comes to take my order. Last time, I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while the employees talked to each other and then after they finished conversing about social media, they came to take my order. A few other occasions, an employee was FaceTiming a friend and I waited for her to finish FaceTiming that friend before she took my order.
If I didn’t live so close to it, there would be no reason for me to come to this place. Waste of money and time.

I highly recommend this place! They have great customer service and very quick with making their drinks. They are so polite and welcoming. Currently my favorite bubble tea place! I specifically had Zlata as my server and she was very nice and sweet <3

I stopped at this place for couple of times, and I always was so happy with their tea options! I’m a herbal tea person and their floral options are so unique and tasty! Especially lavender forest is my go to choice! I also want to point out their customer service; they are always so respectful when they talk to you, responsible for their behavior and they all have professional skills to deliver the best drinks. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Scotty is so amazing and cool. There wasn’t a lot of people in the store and I was having a really bad day. He cheered me up and provided me excellent service. I wish I could hire him to be my personal boba maker 24/7/365. He is a good boy, cherish him.
